Newly renovated cottage close to beach and nature

Fully renovated cottage on large plot of land with very private location close to Löttorp, several swimming areas and golf courses. The cottage has both a covered terrace with dining area and large barbecue as well as a large courtyard with a dining group, lounge group, sun loungers and a hot tub (hot tub) for 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms and up to 6 sleeping places (sofa bed). There is a crib and high chair for our youngest guests. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Linen and towels are provided, as well as final cleaning.

I rent out my cabin at 43m. Fully equipped for 4 people. Free wifi in the cabin. The cottage is very nice and overlooks the Blue Virgin. It is about 1 km to the nearest grocery store and pizzeria. First Camp is a 4 star camping located about 500 meters away from the cottage. There are nice swimming opportunities, playground, mini golf course, canoe, bike rental and restaurant. You clean the space yourself. A cleaning fee will be charged if you don't clean before checkout. Bed linen and towels are not included.

Modern oceanview cottage near Kalmar City

This in not an ordinary place to stay. You live just by the ocean in the middle of nature and bird life. Beautiful settings and surroundings. Secluded get away ideal for couples. The view is spectacular from this little house. It's renovated 2016 with a complete small kitchen with oven/micro oven, refrigerator, small freezer and induction cooker. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. There are garden furnitures by the cottage. Free parking for car or caravan. Must be experienced!

Fresh and newly renovated cottage in idyllic island nook, a very quiet and child-friendly area 2.5 km from the beaches and entertainment in Köpingsvik, 7 km to Borgholm. The cottage is located along the old railway which is part of the island trail ( nice footpath and bike path ). Air conditioning at an additional cost 50:- per day 1500 sqm plot with swings trampoline and soccer goal. Lovely terrace facing south, partly covered with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Found Wifi

Cottage in Källa, Löttorp, on Northern Öland. Finished August 2021. 500 meters to Ölands Golf Course, 0 meters to nature and relaxation. Accommodates 4 people (adult beds), max 5 people. There are all amenities you need. In addition, a large garden where the children can play football, other activities while the parents relax on the patio deck facing south. Cozy and fresh apartment with own entrance located on the upper floor of a cottage in beautiful nature in Vedborm in northern Öland. Scenic area with large garden and about 5 km to central Löttorp with extensive services in the form of post office, restaurants, medical center, swimming pool, library, ICA shop and many other shops. The cottage is close to the beach and bicycle distance to Byxelkrok. Outdoor furniture in teak and barbecue on large plot. Newly renovated bathroom with soap. Small but functional kitchen in trinett model. My accommodation accommodates couples. The cottage is fresh and homely. Bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included.

Nice small and modern studio close to the seaside. 8km to the city center of Kalmar and 2okm to reach the Island Öland with their lovely beaches and wonderful nature. If you want to stay on the Island Styrsö where the studio is located you find a bathing place 500meters down the road.

Walking distance to scenic Slottsskogen, Borgholms slott,Solliden, bus station, Borgholms centrum with restaurants and shops. The house is a newly built annex. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are next to the house in the garden. Quiet location.
