Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

Consists of basement living room with sofa bed, a bedroom, toilet and bathroom with shower/toilet on the 1st floor. on the 2nd floor there is a living room with oven, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a toilet. Good fishing waters nearby. Rafting, climbing parks, and the mineral park are nearby. Short road to Byglandsfjord, with beaches and good bathing possibilities. Only 13 minutes drive from Evje.
