Great holiday apartment in Åseral

Relax with the whole family or good friends at popular Bortelid. The apartment is centrally located and the area offers beautiful nature for all seasons. Walking distance to grocery store, ski center with alpine resort and cafe, as well as hiking trails by foot and by skis. Only 1 hour and 40 minutes drive from Kristiansand, or 3.5 hours from Stavanger. The apartment goes over two floors and contains an open kitchen/living room with exit to the porch, two bathrooms, sauna, three bedrooms and two sleeping places in the loft living room.

Well utilized single apartment at Bortelid!

Beautiful and well-utilized 4-room apartment with a consistently high standard and the following layout: 1st floor: Hallway, living room/kitchen, bathroom/laundry room, 3 bedrooms, and a storage room. Additionally, there is one outdoor storage unit. Large terrace with sun and a great view. Heating: Underfloor heating in all rooms except the bedrooms. Bedding and towels: Must be brought by the tenant. No smoking. Cleaning: The tenant is responsible for the final cleaning.

Apartment at Borteli Lovely holiday apartment just near the ski slope. It's high and sunnyly located, with a fantastic view. The apartment maintains a high standard and is tastefully furnished. Contains: hallway, bathroom, living room/kitchen and 3 bedrooms. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and tumble. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher and coffee maker. In the living room there is TV with channels from Canal-Digital.

Small ski in - ski out apartment right near Bortelid ski and alpine center. Nice to sit the terrace and see and hear and follow happy skiers whizzing past the apartment. Short way also to Bortelid grocery store, service center ba. with mini golf course, canoe rental and swimming beach.

At home we couldn't see a floor plan of the apartment, so it was hard to estimate that the living room is actually nicely sized and the split of the apartment: living room and two rooms in extension of this, bathroom with entrance from the hallway and large room with en-suite bathroom worked very well. Nice location for a shop (where you could actually buy some at reasonable prices) and ski center as well as the view of the lake and mountains were lovely.
