We had an excellent stay at John's house !! We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone ! The house was beautiful, spacious and squeaky clean !! John was an excellent host and communication was excellent !! Would definitely stay again !!

I had such a wonderful experience staying here during my trip to Cooperstown! I was looking for a peaceful and relaxing weekend, and this place exceeded all my expectations. The photos don’t do it justice – the house is absolutely beautiful, combining both modern and classic charm. At night, the house and walkway lit up so beautifully, creating a peaceful, serene atmosphere. The quiet, with the sounds of wildlife, was incredibly calming. The bed was so comfortable, and the kitchen was top-notch – everything was perfect. I honestly can’t think of a single thing to complain about. I will definitely be making this my go-to spot for future trips and would highly recommend it to anyone. A big thank you to the host for making this such a memorable stay! And to think, it was a rainy weekend – I can only imagine how stunning it would be if the weather were beautiful.
