Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Butler County

Absolutely charming property. Very peaceful and serene. We loved sitting on the porch overlooking the barn and the pond and watching the cattle on the hill. It was so beautiful. The house was very clean and newly remodeled. It felt wonderful and was very comfortable!. We had the pleasure of meeting the host, Ted. He was very friendly and very accommodating! He went above and beyond, to make sure our stay was enjoyable. What a great guy! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here! Highly recommend!

TL;DR: Nice cottage in a private and peaceful spot very close to Grove City College and the outlets. The cottage was freshly done up with recently updated decorations and flooring. Although the listing was for two, the living quarters (kitchen and living room) were spacious and could entertain four easily. The mattress was soft and the blankets were warm. Temperature was easily controlled and adjusted. Although I didn't use it, the kitchen would accommodate several days food needs. After her show at Grove, my daughter and I were able to stay up late and chat, and that was nice. Eric was quick to respond and adjust. He was flexible with arrival time, and he met me with a smile and a handshake. Looking forward to staying here again on another trip to Grove City!

Suzanne could not have been more delightful and hospitable for our team! She was kind and responsive when we had questions, and she was flexible when our plans shifted and needed to extend by a night. Her home was comfortable and spacious, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and the town was close and had plenty of awesome food and coffee spots. Next time we’re in the area we’ll absolutely be back.

we enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a wedding. The venue was 3 miles away, so Rich and Ashley's place was close, gave us plenty of space for six family members to hang out and get ready. Plenty of parking also. Our only regret was that it was a bit too cold to sit outside on the covered patio or use the fire pit. We'd recommend this house for sure.

Nice house, plenty of room for my family of 4. We were visiting family and ate all of our meals with them so I can’t speak to the kitchen but for the little time we actually spent there, the house definitely met our needs. Would definitely stay again for our next visit.

The suite was perfect for my needs while visiting for Grove City College homecoming. I hadn’t noticed in the description that there isn’t a full kitchen, but for my needs it worked. The diner across the street is handy, good prices, and great coffee. It was a nice, tidy little space. Heat is quick to warm up and silent.

Good spot for short getaway with dogs.

I have stayed in many hotels in the Grove City area. After staying at Lee's, I will never stay in a hotel again when I visit my son at college!

Andrew met us upon arrival, to see if we needed anything extra. was very helpful in answering a couple questions that we had. Very personable. The place was exactly as advertised and there was nothing that we needed.

A wonderful experience for our very first AirBnB stay. We will definitely consider this location as a preferred option in Grove City. So much better than a hotel stay!

Great home on the river. Comfortable, lots of space, easy parking, nice deck and nice fire pit with a really awesome lawn that leads down to the river. The view is great and the upstairs bedroom with the tub is awesome. Our only concern was how close the house is to the street, the passing traffic can be annoying at times.

This cottage is a great getaway! It is only 1 bedroom, but the second bed is a pullout Murphy bed and it’s awesome. The property is lovely and the cabin is beautiful inside.

This stay is a hidden gem. It’s absolutely amazing to stay here. It’s located near the Grove City outlets, near great food, amazing hikes at McConnels Mills. I loved my stay here. Only downside is that it can be difficult to find on google maps. I suggest using Apple Maps if you have that, it will take you directly to the cabin. I will 100% be coming back. THANKS!!
