Charmantes Apartment im ehemaligen Hotel Astoria im Frankenberger Viertel. Das Apartment ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet Alles,was man für einen Aufenthalt ausserhalb des eigenen Zuhauses braucht. Die Küchenecke ist ausgestattet mit einem Toaster ,einem Wasserkocher,einer Nespressokaffeemaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank und allen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs. Das 140m x200m große neue Boxspringbett ,sowie ein Tisch mit Stühlen und ein Zweiersofa komplettieren den Wohnraum. Als kleines "Highlight" lädt ein kleiner Erker mit einem gemütlichem Sessel ein,von dem man einen grandiosen Blick auf die Oppenhoffallee hat. Zur Ausstattung gehört ausserdem eine kleine Stereoanlage, ein Fernseher und W lan . Im Badezimmer gibt es eine separate Toilette und eine Badewanne mit Regendusche. Das Appartement hat 30qm ist in der 3. Etage mit einem Aufzug.

Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Zeer nette en zeer mooie woning. Wij waren hier met 3 koppels om te wandelen en te fietsen. De woning was smetteloos en voorzien van alle nodige comfort. Alles is hier aanwezig om een aangenaam en leuk weekend te maken. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers die zeker ruim voldoende zijn voor een weekend of midweek. In de gang boven is er zelfs ruimte voor kleding op te bergen. Ook aan de kleine dingen is gedacht, zoals wasknijpers, keukenrol of tabletten voor de vaatwas. De woning is gelegen in een mooie wandel en fietszone, dichtbij verschillende knooppunten. De garage is ruim en kan gebruikt worden om verschillende fietsen te stockeren en batterijen op te laden. Achteraan de woning ligt een goederenspoor. Niettegenstaande dit een van de drukste in België is, hebben wij hier zo goed als geen last van gehad. Het zicht op de spoorwegbrug (Arcaden) is prachtig. Claire reageerde onmiddellijk op vragen en gaf tips wanneer wij er om vroegen. Perfecte gastvrouw !

Een super Appartement en een hele vriendelijke host. Alles was erg school en het rook overal lekker. Rituals producten waren erg fijn, net als de badjassen (iets te klein wel:) en de keukenspullen. Fijne jacuzzi en sauna (al zou ik die liever in de grote slaapkamer gehad hebben en voor 2 personen was gezelliger we geweest). Flesje bubbels bij aankomst was erg attent. De bank zit erg lekker en overal stonden kaarsjes dus het was erg gezellig in de avond.

Verblijf was top. Zeer propere en goed onderhouden gîte. Het was zeer fijn dat er bij aankomst iets in de koelkast stond. We hebben ook verse melk gekregen deze was zeer lekker. De rondleiding op de boerderij vonden onze kinderen geweldig! Mooie omgeving. Perfecte uitvals basis voor mooie wandelingen. Een bezoek aan Val-Dieu is zeker een aanrader.
