The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. Please write to me if your appointment is not available. You can expect 2 beautiful bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (160 × 200). In addition, 1 sleeping loft (140 × 200) and 1 very comfortable sofa bed (130 × 200) as well as a large sofa bed (150 × 200) and the double bed (160 × 200) in the garden room. In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

A ground-level terrace is furnished with seating arrangements, surrounded by a well-maintained garden. Lush greenery and trees are visible in the background, providing a natural and serene atmosphere. The building features large glass doors leading into the apartment.

Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.

Beautiful 2-room old building apartment with kitchen and bathroom in the middle of Aachen for rent to nice people. The apartment is quiet as it is located on the 2nd floor of our rear building. An elevator is not provided. City, cathedral, RWTH, transport links and shops are within walking distance.

We were able to spend 4 wonderful days at Jérôme's place. The house and furnishings are designed with particular love. A beautiful mix of historic building and modern architecture. Simply to feel good. Great light and great rooms with exciting visual relationships. If it rains, you can also spend the day in the house wonderfully. Otherwise, Huy is an exciting place to explore the area and adjacent towns. Jérôme is an extremely likeable host and creative architect. We will be happy to come back.

The house is incredibly sweet and a very good option for couples. We had a very happy 2 days . About the cleanliness, the floors and the house were very, very clean, but the hot tub water is not changed every time, and the robes didn't feel like they were freshly washed. But everything was thought out to the ice maker in the house and we enjoyed our stay very much

Stay was great. Very clean and well maintained gîte. It was very nice to have something in the fridge upon arrival. We also got fresh milk, which was very tasty. Our children loved the farm tour! Beautiful surroundings. Perfect base for beautiful walks. A visit to Val-Dieu is definitely recommended.
