Charming apartment in the former Hotel Astoria in the Frankenberg district. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers everything one needs for a stay outside of your own home. The kitchen corner is equipped with a toaster , kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, stove, fridge and all kinds of everyday needs. The 140m x200m new box spring bed ,as well as a table with chairs and a double sofa complete the living space. As a small "highlight", a small bay window invites you to have a magnificent view of the Oppenhoffallee. Amenities also include a small stereo system, a TV and Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there is a separate toilet and a bathtub with rain shower. The apartment has 30 square meters is on the 3rd floor with an elevator.

Apartment near centre, sleeps 2-10

The 200sqm flat is located in "Frankenberger Viertel", a trendy area of Aachen. Hardwood Floors, high Stucco ceilings, old wooden doors, a private patio - perfect for a weekend in the city with your family or friends or for a business trip. Good for a little celebration, not for party groups though. Most of my neighbors are quiet families and the house is quiet at night and has a 22:00 curfew. Discounts possible after one night. I am a photographer, book a photo-shoot for a special deal :)

In addition, a modern kitchen, a chic bathroom with windows and a furnished terrace. Private items are kept to a minimum. 5 min walk to Eurogress or Tivoli, 15 min to town hall/cathedral.

Since the apartment is on the 4th floor you can even look a little over the roofs of Aachen. Enjoy a great stay in a great setting.

Patrick was a very kind and very flexible. He was very kind to stay back for a very late check-in. The apartment has everything that one needs. it's cozy, spacious for 4 people. There are enough kitchen amenities to cook and eat comfortably. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Patrick had provided us with all cleaning amenities as well as linens. The best was the entertainment system which will definitely help anyone relax after a long day! The best part is that the nearest bus stand is like a 2 mins walk. The nearest supermarket is just a 2 mins walk again, you just need to cross the road and the main station is just 10 mins by walk. In short, the place is a good choice for comfort, location as well as amenities. A total value for money!

We had a wonderful three days staying in Aachen with Inge. The studio was spotless, the neighborhood fantastic: at the intersection of the Aachener wald and the lively center of Burtscheid. Inge is a quick responder. The only disadventage is one we knew in advance: the bed is a sofa bed. It's a big version so plenty of space to sleep with two but the matrass is rather thin. Which means it's not for everyone's back. So that would be my online negative point. Highly recommended !
