Vacation rentals with a patio in Burtonsville

The quiet and the view were great. Apt. very clean. Kitchen has everything for cooking, but choice of food spots two staircases down the street. Malls, shops, grocery store, ice rink. Apt. I find the mark up booking a renting is too expensive for me -- so whether I got my money's worth or not is not really related to alex's place. But for a good get away this was a clean quiet place with a responsive and conscientious host.

Great location close to lots of good restaurants and the metro! Parking was very easy and the house looked like the photos! Would stay here again.

Harrison was very accomodating and flexible to our needs. He was excellent in regards to communication. The beds were comfortable and the place was immaculate. Although we didn't use the kitchen it has everything you need. We frequented the nearby Roost/ food court. Thank you Harrison for a great stay.

We had a great stay in DC! The space was as described and worked well for our party of 5. The unit had all the amenities that would needed throughout our stay and it was comfortable and quiet. Not a unit with a view (basement apartment) which made it very secure feeling and dark for sleeping so you have all the energy to go out and do what you traveled to DC to do... see everything!

The house is spacious and well-equipped.Great value for the price. The nearest convenience store is only a few walk away. The downtown area will be less than 10 mins drive. no private parking but it is easy to find parking on the next street. If I come back next time, I will definitely stay here again.

Stay was exactly as described. Home was clean and had everything needed for a home base for work and camp for the kids. Jorge and John we very communicative and friendly. 100% would reccomend.

Gia was very clear the whole property is still being renovated - it was really exciting seeing what she’s got planned for the place when it’s done. The suite we rented was easily accessible and exactly what we needed. Responsive and communicative host, would rent again.

Our stay at this lovely home over Christmas was outstanding. Everything was super clean, comfortable and it was very well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and made morning breakfasts easy and enjoyable. The hosts were friendly and super responsive and we could not have had a better time. There were four of us staying in this house yet there was plenty of room to either lounge in the cozy living room or work at designated desk areas. WiFi was excellent and they provided multiple outlets for computers and phone charging. There were also board games that we had lots of fun playing. The neighborhood was quiet, safe and easily accessible to food stores, restaurants and DC. I would highly recommend this home!

Great location to be outside DC but have easy access to your the sights. Extremely clean and Nhi is very responsive.

Wonderful, huge house for my entire family for the holidays! Lots of bedrooms, bathrooms, and space to hangout. Great location, close to DC, shopping, groceries, coffee, parks, and more. Tyler is an attentive, thoughtful host. I would highly recommend!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Claudia’s house. It’s one of the best AirBnB’s in which we’ve stayed. Ever. And Claudia is attentive, kind, and ready to make the stay a good one. This is this top of our list anytime we need an AirBnB in Woodbridge.

Sal’s place was one of the nicest Airbnb‘s that I have ever stayed in! We were amazed at how big it was, especially in light of how reasonably it was priced. The home was spotless, the towels, luxurious, and the beds, super comfortable! And Sal stocks the home with everything you need – coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner, first aid kit, paper plates (in addition to regular dinnerware), cleaners, etc. He even has panic buttons in the home that will bring the local police in case of any emergencies. Thankfully, no need for them on our trip! The location is equally wonderful! One block from the metro station, a supermarket right across the street, and so many restaurants all around. It’s a very safe area. And the fact that there was private parking behind the home also is a big plus. Sal also made everything really easy – he was very responsive, and his instructions on getting in and out of the home/in and out of the garage were perfectly clear. Highly, highly recommend!

We loved this home. The home is on one level which made it so convenient for my parents. The pictures don’t do the home justice. Courtney and his staff take great care of the home and it shows through out. We loved that each bedroom has a smart TV and Netflix and other apps are accessible for use. The location was perfect especially during the holiday. We were a short distance from a grocery store and Target which were perfect for us. The kitchen is fully stocked which made our stay even better. Would love to visit during the warmer months to be able to enjoy the screened porch and patio area off the master bedroom. We would definitely stay at Courtney’s place again in the future.

Truly enjoyed our stay! The space was well appointed and comfortable. It had all the amenities to make it feel like home! The sun room was a wonderful extra space to relax, chat, or read a book. Laura was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay! Definitely recommend and would stay again!

This is a great cozy spot for up to 3 guests. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots & pans, etc needed to cook & serve meals. The unit is quiet, private and secure. It’s in a nice walkable neighborhood. Rideshares are plentiful, with no more than a 5 min wait at any time. I highly recommend staying here and will do so myself at a later date!

Hands down, this will be my go to place when visiting DC! Easy to get to where ever you need to go in the city whether driving, walking or taking a lyft. Plenty of restaurants, pubs, whole foods, cvs... nearby! Accommodations are perfect for those who want a little privacy and a fully functioning kitchen in case you want to cook. The host was most gracious and we hope to stay again soon.

Brought Christmas to our son in downtown Frederick, whose apartment was literally around the corner. I asked several questions and Shannon responded quickly and thoroughly. This rental had everything we needed to celebrate the holiday. The location is in the middle of downtown and we walked to dinner. Even though it was in the middle of everything, it was quiet. There were more bedrooms than we needed and the 2 bathrooms were super clean and convenient next to the washer and dryer. We cooked Christmas brunch in the kitchen and it was a piece of cake. The kids played chess, we all played fun card games at the dining room table and everything was conveniently provided. We also spent time in the living room talking and binge watching the provided Hulu. Something that should not be taken for granted. Parking in downtown Frederick is competitive and the provided parking space out back was clutch.
