Converted in Spring 2021 it offers light and airy first floor accommodation accessed via an external staircase. Idyllic rural position. Allocated off road parking for one vehicle. Fabulous coastal studio house on beautiful North Norfolk coast. Walking distance to Wells next the Sea with its harbour and long sandy beaches, where you can often see seals. Juliet balcony, own private garden and parking on drive. Sleeps 2 adults + child/baby. Great sea/country views. Enjoy our huge, wonderful starry skies. This lovely old railway cottage has been family owned for 50 years and recently refurbished. It boasts a good sized kitchen and living room, log burner and pantry. It has an authentic stairway leading to 3 bedrooms and smart bathroom with shower and bath. The stairs are steep and windy with no hand rail so unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues. It has a private garden with patio and seating for 8, ungated but situated within a secure gated courtyard. Please note the need to take bed linen.

23-30 August is available due to a cancellation. Sea Pink is in a private square with off-street parking. Two minutes' walk from Wells harbour which has magical views over unspoilt saltmarsh wilderness, as well as fantastic restaurants and chic shops. Sea Pink is small but stylish. We've thought carefully about every detail for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Very clean, Smart TV, superfast WiFi, high quality linen, private parking. Sunny decking area. A mile to the huge, beautiful beach.

A most attractive flint property situated in Stiffkey which is only 5 minutes from Wells, North Norfolk. The accommodation consists of; open plan kitchen with dining area, oven/hob, dishwasher; sitting room with wood burning stove, bathroom with bath & shower above; the bedroom has a Super King bed. Outside - to the front is a small garden with parking for a small car (at the front of the property is a right of way to more properties). Strictly no children & guests of 21 in age upwards

Burnham Market-Car Parking-Great Location

Take a Monday to Friday 3 night break and ONLY PAY FOR 2nights . Runs from Oct to December 19th 2024 (but not 28th Oct to 2nd November). The cottage has 2 parking spaces . It sleeps 6, 1 double with en-suite, 1 double with cot & 1 twin bedded room, there is a second bathroom on the ground floor. CHECK in is generally on a Friday for weekend bookings due to cleaning. I do take 2 night bookings but during Bank Holidays & Summer holidays often it’s a minimum of 3 nights.
