Vacation rentals with a patio in Burnham Market

Absolutely beautiful, spacious and immaculate apartment. The location was just brilliant, right above the arcades (which you couldn’t hear at all, surprisingly!) and just so close to the sea, can see it within seconds of walking out of the accommodation. We loved staying here, everything was so modern, very uncluttered and had everything we needed. Also one of the comfiest sofas we have ever sat on! The bathroom was lovely, very clean and great to have the option of the shower or the lovely deep bath to use. The outside area was a real treat to have in the sun, and again such a surprise at how quiet it was given how close you are to the hustle and bustle from the arcades and busy street below. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Had a great stay. Lovely apartment and location. Lisa's communication was great too and when we had a small issue (caused by my son) she was very helpful and quick to respond. Only small downside for me (and clearly only me as no one else mentioned it in any reviews) was how little the blinds did to keep light out which made it difficult to get our 2 year old to sleep. The blinds were a little flimsy too, one of the frames was hanging down in one of the bedrooms. It mattered very little as we had a great stay and would recommend to anyone.

This was my second stay at Andre’s and it was excellent. The space is perfect, and having the kitchen makes life away from home so much easier. Own parking space is really helpful. Highly recommend staying here, perfect for my two week stay and will 100% book again if available for my next work trip! Thank you

We had a wonderful stay at the Dormy House! Hugo was super responsive and friendly from first contact. The directions were easy to follow and very straightforward to access the property which is so delightful! We immediately felt at home in this spacious apartment set in an expansive private garden visited regularly by munjac deer. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need to self-cater which indeed we did - enjoying the long evenings eating al fresco. We did several walks from the house along the coastal path and down to the incredible sandy beach. And we appreciated the availability of a nice bath to soak in too! Trips to RSPB Titchwell, Hunstanton, Walsingham and Blakeney - all within very easy reach. We can't comment on local eateries as we didn't sample them, but Ronaldo's Norfolk ice cream available from the beach shack is amazing! Thank you Hugo & Taya for allowing us to stay in this very special place!

We had a lovely stay at Stephen apartment it was very cosy and had lots of pots and pan in the kitchen for cooking and also salt and pepper the apartment warm warm and cosy and they even had Christmas decorations up so it felt like home would definitely book again if I was In the area

This was a return visit to the property. It is a lovely home set in tranquil surroundings yet only a 15 minute drive to Wells next to the Sea along quiet roads. The house is superbly equipped and immaculate. Plenty of space indoors and a lovely secluded garden with great countryside views as well as comfortable garden furniture. Secure for dogs. Plenty of off street parking for two cars. Another fantastic stay and our go to property when visiting Norfolk. Julia is a great host who clearly makes sure everything is there to facilitate a pleasurable home from home stay

We had a lovely stay at Anais's , a nice quiet location but very near to Southwold with lots of shops & restaurants & the beach. The bungalow was very spacious & well equipped for all our needs. Plenty of offroad parking too. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely serene location in a very quiet village. Tara was very responsive and helpful. As stated in the description, there is only one shower in the property (plus a bath). The location is a drive away from pubs / restaurants, but is ideal for a quiet getaway.

We stayed at Emma’s house for a long Bank Holiday weekend to celebrate a friends wedding. The house was perfect for us as a group of 6 adults and it was in a great location for town. We have a fabulous stay!!

Lovely stay! The place is so spacious and bigger than it looks, with a great secure garden for the dog! it's only a minute walk from a gorgeous beach and in between 2 pubs. Lovely for a relaxing beach getaway. Thank you for the lovely special touches too! Hope to book again soon!

Great little find for a couple of nights stay to visit Southwold and Camel farm. 2 adults and 1 x 12yr old son. Spacious, modern and clean. Parking on drive which was great. 5 mins to coast and gorgeous restaurants and attractions of Southwold. Easy to find and a great location.

Sea Renity is a fabulous apartment,we really enjoyed our stay. The flat is spacious,beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, being just a few minutes walk to the sea front,town and all amenities.We definitely plan to return, Anne

We enjoyed 3 nights at the tutor apartment. This property has beautiful old windows and high ceilings. The apartment is much more spacious than expected from the pictures and nicely presented. It has a lovely breakfast table near the windows in the kitchen and a court yard off the bedroom with seating. We had everything we needed, the washer was helpful and the large bath, with a boy covered in sand. The beach was about 10 to 15 minutes away depending on which route you took. We enjoyed lovely meals and drinks near the apartment. There is a park across the road with sea views and a lovely cafe. The beds were comfy and the seating in the lounge area. You could hear the birds singing with the door open. We travelled on the train to explore other areas. The apartment has everything you need and the hosts were just right and helpful were needed. Jem was super helpful and responsive from the moment we enquired about her apartment right through to booking, check-in and check-out. She was also really accommodating of our young child making sure the apartment was safe for a ‘crawler’, also rearranging some of the furniture to make it buggy friendly. Jem really was the perfect host! The apartment itself was immaculate and exactly as described. The location was second to none, perfect for exploring all Norwich has to offer by foot. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Norwich.

We had an excellent stay in a wonderful little city. Situated by the Great River Ouse, added to a perfect break. Ann has thought of everything inside the accommodation to make a care free, comfortable and enjoyable holiday. We highly recommend the property and beautiful location.
