The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." A beautiful garden with three terraces, barbecue, fire bowl and sandbox are available for the large and small guests to relax. Depending on the occupancy, the house has up to 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dining room, living room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Es gibt ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und eine kleine Küchenzeile mit mit allem nötigen, wie Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, etc. Außerdem gibt es im Außenbereich einen Kühlschrank mit regionalem Wein, Bier und außerdem Wasser, das für einen kleinen Preis gekauft werden kann.
