You will be vacationing with us idyllically on the edge of the forest, under Mödling Castle, a 15-minute walk to the historic Babenberger town of Mödling with its unique medieval ambiance, shops, cafes and restaurants. And if you want to visit the city of Vienna, take the train from Mödling to Vienna and after 30 minutes you will be in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral in Vienna in the city center. Directly from us there are numerous hiking and mountain bike routes, and a lot of cultural things to discover.

Wir liegen einige Kilometer von der Wiener Stadtgrenze, 15 km vom Wiener Stadtzentrum und wenige Meter von der Grenze zur Babenbergerstadt Mödling entfernt, sehr romantisch und versteckt auf einer grünen Insel umgeben vom Mödlingbach, du kannst nach den Eindrücken, Erlebnissen und Strapazen des Tages bei uns im Grünen die Ruhe und die Artenvielfalt der Natur des Gartens genießen und entspannen. Und JA, wir wohnen auch hier, das Haus hat 2 Etagen pro Etage 130m2 also genügend Freiraum für alle :)

Es erwartet Sie ein stilvolles Ambiente mit Pool und zwei großen Terrassen. Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage mit Sicht auf den Neusiedlersee. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses erwartet Sie eine idyllische Sicht auf die schönsten Weingärten unserer Gegend. Das Haus hat einen großen Wohnraum mit drei Schlafzimmern und einem Schlafsofa welches weiteren Platz für zwei Schlafplätze liefert. Es befinden sich zwei Badezimmer im Haus welche eine Dusche und eine Badewanne beinhalten.

In this spacious, very special house, people who love historic buildings will feel especially comfortable - with a touch of Pippi Langstrum and modern accessories ;-) Ideal for celebrations, everything available. Vegetable garden, sheep, the adjacent sculpture park with the Neue Kastell, easels, workshop etc. complete the nature and cultural experience. Only 10 beds, but extra sleeping arrangements are provided! Chill in the pool, painting or yoga with sheep - you'll like it!

This beautiful villa is located in the world-famous wine village of Gols. The surrounding wine slopes and the nature reserve around Lake Neusiedl invite you to hike, horseback riding and cycling, as well as Lake Neusiedl See for surfing, kiting and sailing and the Parndorf outlet center for shopping. The house has a ground floor and a 1st floor and is excellently equipped. The house with fully equipped kitchen and exit to the secluded garden can accommodate 6 people.

Das moderne E-Boot steht Ihnen von Ostern bis Ende Oktober GRATIS zur Verfügung (Ist im Tagespreis inkludiert, 2.5kw - 4 Personen). Für dieses Elektroboot benötigen Sie keinen Bootsschein.

The farm by the forest offers relaxation in the middle of 2 hectares of orchards and forest.
