You would be hard pressed to find a more spacious apartment so conveniently situated within easy reach of the main attractions and the large shopping centres in Wr. Neustadt. The original design was obviously as a business premises on the ground floor of the apartment block. As such, it has an enormous open plan area which you enter directly from the street. There are two other large rooms leading off this area which are now being used as a dining room and a dressing room. The bedrooms are also a good size and were probably designed originally as consulting or beauty treatment rooms as they have very powerful ceiling lights. The whole apartment has been very tastefully converted by Monika with lovely art work and ornaments. There is additional soft lighting in the lounge and bedrooms. Monika is an excellent Superhost. She answered all our questions quickly and was very helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending her spacious apartment to future visitors to Wr. Neustadt.

It was a very nice stay. We were received very nicely, publicly accessible, the apartment was very clean and well furnished. Breakfast was very varied and delicious. Great service, great staff. We had a very relaxing time.

We felt very comfortable with Christine and her family! Very nice hosts! A very nice, extremely clean, well equipped apartment in a quiet location surrounded by a lot of nature. So many spas in the area, just perfect for a break "to recharge the batteries" just perfect! We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful (remote) place, well equipped with complete kitchen, bathroom, etc. We had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the nice views at the house and the road towards the house. The owners were very supportive in helping us. Recommended!

Super quiet location. Fritz was very accommodating and communication was great. We particularly liked the view from the balcony.

We were all very comfortable. The property offers incredible views. Everything is very modern, clean and super equipped. It wasn't missing. The hosts are very friendly, helpful and straightforward. We will be happy to come back and we can only recommend it.

We liked the house very much, definitely recommended - the only negative point: the cleaning fee (€180 according to Airbnb or even €195 according to Novasol!) seemed much too high for the size of the house and the expected outage. But otherwise everything was very nice, everything you need was there, and the area was wonderfully quiet and all very friendly! Glad to come back!

I came to Vienna for world championships in kickboxing and Muay Thai. We were a team of 5 people so we needed a house. This location was great and we had everything by we needed in the house. Yet if you are looking for an easy travel even though the train systems in Vienna are super easy you will need a car to stay at this place. Nothing is close especially if you are looking to even go do quick groceries. Yet everything was exactly as stated, along with a sauna which was awesome. Also host is extremely responsive and helpful :)

Great communication as well as problem solving (VERY quick responses). The house is very large and beautiful, with very great amenities such as Sauna, gym and games room (dart, rotating football). The outside area is also very nice. Unfortunately, we could not use the pool (winter). The house is in a very quiet environment, but you are very quickly in Obwerwart where you can shop in the EO, for example. We would definitely rent the house again👍🏻.
