This is was my 2nd time staying here during my time in Kitale. The location is only a few minutes from town and the caretaker for the home is very friendly and hardworking and responsive. If I'm ever in Kitale, I would rather stay here than those overpriced hotels.

This is a lovely place in Kitale. Tom was brilliant and very efficient. Naomi, the housekeeper was excellent she was able to recommend transport, cooked us meals when requested and ensured the air BnB remained tidy and clean, she’s an asset to this air BnB and we would have struggled without her. An excellent stay for the 2nd time, will be returning!

Remmy's place is located close to the main highway and offers a very private & peaceful environment. It is well maintained, secure & looks exactly like it does in the listing photos. The caretaker was also very helpful & responsive when we needed assistance. I'll definitely book again if I'm ever in Bungoma.

Our family had such a peaceful stay at Geoffrey's place. The setting was incredibly tranquil, perfect to unwind and for the kids. The house was very special, spotless, well equipped and so peaceful. The garden was also very beautiful with plenty of space and a lovely lovely gazebo. We can't wait to come back. Thank you Geoffrey!

Erick's place is just it! He is truly a super host. His house was so neat and clean. He was extremely responsive and took care of our needs. Erick is on my top five for best hosts. I recommend his place the anyone visiting Bungoma. It is worth every penny!

Patrik’s place is in Kilimani one of the nicer areas of Kitale. This place is spacious with a beautiful garden. The living quarters has some wear and tear but fits the colonial style of the house. The caretakers brought us firewood which made for a very cozy evening at the fireplace. This is our second time here and we will certainly be back.

What a wonderful break I’ve had at Villa Bamboo! It is certainly the place to be. From warm, friendly hosts to a superbly-furnished space with adequate lighting and security all round. We shared many cosy evenings filled with funny banter and comfortable laughter. There was a cab on hand in case I had any errands to run, plus the home is located close enough to the necessary amenities. Villa Bamboo will definitely be my home of choice any time I am visiting this hood again. I so look forward to future visits.

Irene's Cozy Room

We had a great stay at Irene’s place. The room is actually a studio and thus very private. It is located in a calm guarded compound and you can sit outside in the studio’s yard. The communication with Irene was perfect. She is very nice and recommended us a restaurant to go to - Big Spoon Café. Shops, the market and bus station are all within easy walking distance. We would definitely come back here to explore Mt. Elgon.

Kevin is very respective and available at all times. He made as feel very welcome. The bed gave us perfect sleep and woke up to a warm and soothing shower that brigthened the morning. I will certainly visit again and spend more days.
