Vacation rentals with a patio in Bunbury

Caroline was a great host and the apartment was in a great location. Lovely and clean and a really good place to stay for a few days away in Dunsborough. Walking distance to restaurants and a stroll down to the old boat ramp and swimming spot.

The whole staying in a farm experience was amazing. The place is clean which we could cook, chill and rest after a tiring day.. Will highly recommend family with kids as the farm is small and amazingly clean. My kids super love the petting farm.

We had a lovely stay, and would come and visit again. The location was great, but if we could copy and paste that space into a hillside or forest, it would be exceptional. Would recommend the bed to anyone - extremely comfy. Would also recommend anyone to stay here if they’re in town.

Fantastic spot for a weekend down in Margs, we parked the car and didn’t have to use it again until we left. Great apartment in a perfect location with everything we needed and spotlessly clean. Worth every cent, thank you Swell Stays, we had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

We truly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the recommendations provided by Mo, which helped us navigate the area and find running trails, beaches, and restaurants. The personalized wine tour provided by Mo was also great as was the detour to watch kangaroos.

Anne’s house was absolutely beautiful! Spotlessly clean, all the amnesties you could need and such a big open space, great for families or couples. Waking distance to town and the beach and located in a nice quiet street. We felt right at home and will definitely be back, highly recommend! 😊

Very Spacious, yet cozy house and had all the amenities and household items and functions you would need. Very central in margaret river so a lot of places were in quick walking distance. Absolutely loved it and would heavily recommend to anyone.

Tracy's place is divine. Beautifully renovated, super comfortable, immaculately clean, light bright and airy with all of the modern conveniences you could ask for. The gardens are beautifully manicured, and Tracy was so wonderfully accommodating in allowing us to use on of the lock up garages for the duration of our stay. The back garden is perfect for soaking up some rays, reading a book or doing a little meditation.

We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay, the location was quiet and conveniently close to town, the house was clean and stunning (so perfect for photos!) and the host was friendly and response. Thank you!

what a fantastic spot, beautifully located on the golf course and only minutes drive from all the shops. The house had 3 large rooms with their own bathrooms so perfect for a group of friends or family. The best thing though was just how well stocked the house was with absolutely everything you need. the kitchen had all quality cookware and accessories that you needed so that you could cook anything and everything and the pantry was well stocked too. in terms of how well and an air bnb is setup and stocked, this is by far the best I've ever stayed. even the coffee machine had enough pods for every day and not the 2 or 3 that you sometimes get. highly reccomend this accomodation.

This was our second visit to Pennys place and we had a great time again. Location is great only a short drive to Busselton and a 2 minute walk to the closest beach. Lovely and secure back garden for our dog Billy to roam around in. We will definitely be back.
