Vacation rentals with a patio in Western Australia

We had a lovely 3 day stay. The apartment was spotless and roomy. The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well laid out and the apartment complex was quiet and well maintained. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Ellie's place was truely insta-worthy and beautifully decorated. It was a short drive from the beach and walkable breakfast places (even with a toddler)! Parking was convenient as well. We had no issues with heating or hot showers.

We stayed for 2 nights. Location was walking distance to shops, hotel and beaches. The apartment was very comfortable, kitchen had everything needed to enable us to cook meals... the airfryer was a bonus! Nice area out the back to sit and relax. Charlotte was friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend staying here.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

This unit was absolutely stunning and the view was just gorgeous aswell. We had a lovely stay at Mandurah. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in as the unit was not only decorated to perfection, but all the comforts that we are used to at home, were all thought of also. The location was in a perfect spot, close to many restaurants and just a walk up the path to some dolphin spotting. Thankyou for having us, we didn't want to leave!

Marija was super responsive and friendly! It was a pleasure staying in this apartment, appreciate the amenities and loved the location being in the middle of so many beautiful parks, supermarkets, petrol station, and right beside the river! The place was as described and well priced. Appreciated having a selection of coffee and some tea and little cereal packets and milk. Not too much to do in the location but buses nearby

We love Peppi View so much! You just need 5 mins drive to Margaret river central which is convenient but quiet surroundings. The decoration is so cozy and beautiful! We love to sitting outside when it is raining😁 Julie gave me very clear instruction so that we got in the house very easy with no trouble. I will recommend Peppi View to all my friends!

Holly's place was in a great location. Pretty close to the main strip in Margaret River (about 1500m away), but far enough away to still give you the utmost privacy and seclusion in quiet 'burbs nearby. Would definitely suit a couple of families too coz it's deceptively large. There are great walking trails from the house. And if you love walking like we do, you can walk some beautiful trails directly over the creek and onto the 10 Mile Dam walk. Holly also let us bring our furry friend and he loved the place too. She communicates extremely quickly and is super friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend and we'll be back in the future too!

We came over from Scotland to visit family and stayed in Zie's house. It was spotless, really well equipped, plenty of extra towels, bedding if needed. The train station is in a 15min walk from the house taking you straight into Perth city. We found it to be in the perfect location for us. I would highly recommend it for families/ groups .

We felt right at home in Flossie’s place. It’s a quaint little cottage in town walking distance to IGA and the pub. Little things like basics in the pantry, milk and eggs in the fridge and plenty of linen, towels and blankets helped us settle right in for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the simple pleasure of sitting on the front verandah with a coffee reading when not out exploring the Tin Horse Highway or local history and attractions.

Perfect place to spend a few days in Esperance with friends. Lovely nice big table in the enclosed back patio for meals and board games. Spilt system heating and electric blankets were much appreciated for the cool nights and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Ian was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

Apartment was clean and provided basic necessities. Hosts were friendly and gave clear instructions on checking in and out. Thank you for the amazing stay, will stay again!

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Kalgoorlie is a great place to work or visit. Sean's property was clean and tidy in a quiet location with secure off street parking. I've already booked this property for our next visit to Kalgoorlie.

Anita was extremely helpful to me and made my stressful move to Australia a lot easier, she went out of her way to help me continuesly and always made me feel welcome, made a great effort to show me around and help me get set up with my bank, phone, gyms, long term accommodation etc etc. I would highly recommend anybody looking to move to to Australia to stay with Anita as I don't know how I would've managed everything alone, thank you Anita 😊

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

A huge thank you to Kylie! The apartment is exactly as described, if not better. The location is absolutely perfect — right across the road from the beach, with a beautiful grassy area out front that was ideal for our two girls to play. We walked along the coast every day, stopping in at local playgrounds, the boat dock, and a great little café just 5 minutes away on foot. The apartment itself was easily the best part. I travel a lot across the state and this is honestly the first place I’ve stayed that had absolutely everything. From the thoughtful welcome pack on arrival to the washing machine, coffee machine, dishwasher, BBQ — you name it, Kylie has thought of it. Every detail has been considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The entire place was spotless, neat, and incredibly well set up. Thank you again, Kylie — and PS: my girls are now insisting I buy the same mirror you have at home!
