What a beautiful place and such a gracious host. Our stay was perfect. From the perfect communication from Anna to the stunning views.. The house was better than described. Everything was clean, organized, and had everything you needed to feel at home. Location was great for touring around the Tuscany region. Look forward to our next trip back already.

Exceptional apartment! Perfect for those who love mountain, privacy and relaxation. We only stayed two nights for a ski weekend, but we plan to come back soon! The apartment is spacious, equipped with every comfort and offers a great view. Sauna, jacuzzi, and private gym make the stay even more special. Andrea was super helpful and clear in the directions. Everything was perfect!

My friends and I celebrated New Year's Eve in this farmhouse surrounded by Tuscan nature. The house and garden are beautiful! The hosts were impeccable and responsive to our every request. I would recommend it for a quiet stay with friends. We found some bugs but the hosts were very kind and made us have an insecticide spray.

Monica’s home is amazing. Tucked away in a very small village, I felt transported to another, simpler era. Yet, the accommodation included all the modern “necessities”. I loved cooking there, and the morning views post-rainfall were something else. Rent a small car for the journey up the mountain and if you’re not used to those types of roads definitely arrive during the day. Those who’re used to back roads should have no issue. Next time I will return with friends to fill the space and share the meals with.

The house is so nice, clean and cozy. Daniele gives us many helpful tips and place to go, very nice and proactive host.We enjoy our stay very much thanks to Daniele. The place is peaceful and easy to go anywhere, Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Cinque terra. Such a lovely house , highly recommend for family trip👍🏼

Firstly, Andrea is such an excellent host and person! We are so thrilled with our stay and experience in Palaia. The small village experience was exactly what we were looking for. A true genuine Italian experience. The food in this town is unbelievable and even has a restaurant with Michelin stars. The Airbnb itself is so perfect. Beautiful garden, hot tub, and pool. The views are so special as well. Highly recommend visiting this place in Palaia.

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Alfredo’s villa celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Alfredo was an amazing host. We felt at home from day one. We arrived in the evening, the next morning we awoke to the most beautiful and peaceful view from our bedroom window of the rolling Tuscan hills…just unbelievable! Alfredo was very helpful, thoughtful and kind. He gave some many great recommendations during our stay. The villa is located across the street from a wonderful winery and very close to the hill town of Peccioli. There is also a local pastry/coffee shop about five minutes away in LaRosa that we visited each morning. We rented a car, and the location of the villa was perfect to explore other parts of Tuscany. We visited Florence, Pisa, Luca, San Gimignano, Volterra, Cinque Terra and Chianni. Thank You Alfredo for making our trip so amazing!!!

Perfect house with a great Whirlpool including a nice view! Very nice Beds and great equipment overall. Gianni is a perfect host, very friendly and discrete. Totally revommend to explore Tuscany from here!

I nearly cried when I left Villa Fenice. Anya, Marianna and Simona worked together to make this an amazing experience. Fatty, the resident (outdoor) cat was a balm for the soul as we are grieving the loss of our cats. Despite more than usual rainfall, we enjoyed every minute in this area. The hot tub was being fickle, but the ladies worked quickly to rectify the issue. We had an assist with the linens (as we had a long stay.) We were welcomed with a bottle of rose and snacks. More amenities than you can imagine. Well stocked kitchen. Everything was perfection. It is by far, the BEST airbnb experience I've ever had. The only thing to be prepared for are that the bedrooms are small. Two of them worked well for two people, but the double bed rooms might be too small for two adults. The surrounding area was charming. The food recommendations were great! We can't recommend Villa Fenice enough. I could live here. And we can't thank Anya, Simona and Marianna enough.

Incredible stay at Beatrice’s place. From booking to exit she had helped my group and I plan our stay in Tuscany finding wineries and vineyards to explore. She was so kind and pleasant to work with I would suggest her place to anyone! The kitchen was cozy and perfect for our group to spend time in while at the bnb. Every room was exactly as described. Perfect stay!

Inside: This home looks exactly like the pictures and was beautifully decorated. Each bedroom had its own spacious bathroom and each bedrooms window showed an amazing view of the backyard. The hot tub was a wonderful way to end our March days since the pool was not open yet. The Host: Silvana greeted us at check in and showed us around the home. She was available by phone for any of our needs and was very responsive throughout our stay. The owners are across the street but we did not see them during our stay. Location: This home is about 20 minutes from Lucca- a beautiful, beautiful small city. It is about 35 minutes from Pisa and about an hour from Florence city center. We rented a car from Florence airport and traveled with ease from the house to the major cities. It was so nice to turn down the isolated road to the home at the end of our day. And enjoy the quiet. The area is very suburban, with groceries very close by. We can’t wait to come back in the summer and use the pool!

This home is breath taking. The most beautiful home i’ve stayed in. Everything was very well thought out. The road up is bumpy so I suggest a bigger car or 4 wheel drive- but besides that everything was amazing! The host was lovely and we organized for the chef to come and cook and it was delicious! I would definitely come back to this beautiful place again and recommend it to everyone!

Beatrice is a great host! She welcomed us very warmly and went around the house with us. She also gave us several recommendations of things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless and the exterior layout is breathtaking. The sunrise in the morning was amazing if you get a chance to see it. The house is a little away from the big cities so I recommend a car to make it easier to get around.

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Exceptional villa just outside of Florence! Our family of 6 spent 5 blissful nights in this amazing home and loved every minute! The property/view is breathtaking! The villa is filled with comfortable furnishings/linens/beds! The tennis court, hot tub and outside kitchen made for extra-special fun! We visited late November but could still take advantage of all of the amazing outdoor spaces/activities and views!! We used the villa as a home-base for exploring Florence and Tuscany and it was absolutely PERFECT for us in every way!!! And the icing on the cake: Cinzia and Chef Patrizia are both INCREDIBLE!!! Cinzia’s hospitality was exceptional and Chef Patrizia wowed us with her incredible cooking skills and warm and positive presence. We booked her for 3 memorable meals (one of which was a cooking lesson that thrilled all ages!)! She is our new best friend and we can’t wait to go back to visit the beautiful villa and lovely people that captured our hearts!!!

Very comfortable house suitable for a large group like ours with children, well equipped and clean. Ample space in the living area and nice outdoor space. The village, with all the services, is very close, we moved very little and we enjoyed the house that, despite being large, it warms very well. On the first day, with the enthusiasm for the snow, we were locked out of the house with the keys inside.....panic! The host, although not close, activated quickly and in a short time they came to open us up . Great stay

We had the best holidays ever because of Mariaclotilde and Nihat, who created a place which is so lovely and peacefull and they make you feel like coming home 🥰 The house is a wonderfull place to calm down, enjoy the perfect pool, just relax and then start to all the beautifull things to visit around. Our easter holiday at Corrado's place was WONDERFUL.It's a welcoming and clean typical mountain chalet....Who loves to nature & calmness...Above all our children had great fun with his beautiful garden... Corrado has done his best for us.He is a available & courteous person...As a host he is perfect!!And it was a remarkable vacation!!!!

Lisa is a great Airbnb hostess! She had all the kitchen necessities, and even left us some special treats! The place was clean and cozy, and they brought extra pellets for the fire when it ran out. She always replied when I had a question, and even filled us in on happenings around the area.
