The stay was excellent. The house had everything you need to have a wonderful time with the family. The rooms have a good layout, the living room is spacious and the garden is beautiful. Laura was extremely kind and was attentive to everything. When we return to Pinamar, we will definitely stay here.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

The house is very comfortable. It has three air conditioning and heating units, central heating by radiators. It is suitable for cold and hot weather. It's very glazed and you can see the forest. The setting is second to none. Super quiet. Very comfortable. Some limitations in the kitchen utensils that they promised to resolve. But we definitely recommend it and will surely be back.

Everything was excellent. Hebe is a great host, very friendly and always ready to help. The house is very conveniently located, easy to access. You don't need to use the car during your stay to buy groceries. The house is very tastefully decorated, it has a gallery with a grill and a very well-kept garden. A separate paragraph for the pool. You really feel like you're on a beach, with a unique and impeccable unique design. Thanks Hebe! We'll see each other again!

Excellent place, I highly recommend it. Hugo and his wife are wonderful people and anyone who comes to either of their 2 houses will feel at home but always accompanied for anything by these genius hosts. Don't hesitate to come and visit them, and you'll be delighted with their home.

Perfect to spend family time with little girls

28 beautiful days we spent with my partner and daughter in Sigi's house. The neighborhood is really calm. Easily accessible. Very close to main entrances (Panamericana). Very friendly security people. The house is as seen in the photos. All splendor. As she has small children and I went with my little daughter they left us hundreds of toys. I didn't need to take her anything. He played all the time and was happy. The pool is a spectacle. Gigante. The park is very large and with games for boys as it says in the description (trampoline, slide, hammock and wooden house). My happy baby. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is very clean. I was offered to go the sinkhole, the gardener and a person to clean once a week. Excellent. They always available by wa for whatever we need. Very quiet the neighbors, I didn't hear them. The kitchen is very complete, comfortable to cook. I would definitely come back and recommend it.

The place is just as shown in the pictures. Beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and bright. The location is very convenient since it's close to public trasport and walking distance to many restaurants, bookstores, bars, cafes, parks and museums. I am from Argentina, my husband from The Netherlands and we come visit often. Now that we've found Eugenia's place we are definitely considering making it our regular airbnb choice. Thank you!!

Lucia and her team responded immediately, even though we had to make a last-minute reservation on a Sunday almost at night. The team's efficiency was very helpful. The apartment has lots of light and terraces. It is spacious and the rooms are well separated by long corridors. We loved the area with great restaurants around: Amano, Los Burladores and Roux (with a Michelin star). There is everything around, including a laundromat less than two blocks away. Very happy with this apartment.

The apartment is very comfortable for 2 people. Everything was super clean and tidy. The location for what we went for was super. What if the price was a little high for what it is but since it was the recital of the lice, everything was in that value. We highly recommend it and would come back.

The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful place. The view of the ocean is stunning, and the sound of the waves is just amazing — so calming and powerful at the same time. During this time of year, it’s incredibly quiet — there was almost no one around, which made the experience even more special. Perfect spot to relax and disconnect. Highly recommend!

The apartment is very comfortable, everything worked correctly, mainly the internet service, the terrace is spectacular by the view and to hang out on a sunny afternoon and a great plus is to have the garage inside the building with security staff. In the vicinity of the building there are supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, bus stops and some places of interest such as the park of the faculty of agronomy and the house of Julio Cortázar. I would recommend leaving some spare waste bag as well as some additional roll of paper for the bathroom, it is a very good place to stay in Capital Federal.

Nowhere did they treat me as well as here, I was lucky that they helped me on more than one occasion, I was able to enter before the scheduled time, my flight was canceled and they quickly found another one for me, they took care of the smallest details, I would definitely come back a thousand times more!
