It's one of the best places I've stayed in. The apartment is large, spacious, comfortable. The private terrace is amazing for enjoying the sun and the air. The building is quiet, small, friendly, family-friendly. The place was in impeccable condition. The hosts are super well prepared, friendly and very flexible with the check-out time. The apartment is great and the location is perfect. It is close to all the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood, but it is still quiet and peaceful at night. This is the second time we have stayed there and we could see that Sebastian really makes renovations over time to offer more comfort and a good experience to guests. We really liked it and felt at home, as always.

In that area, it's not that there are many things to do or see, but it was good for us because it was more or less close to Tecnópolis. Quiet area, very good and comfortable independent apartment. Very attentive host. Recommended.

Spacious and charming house with comfortable location close to bus and metro. We were two families with children who enjoyed many bedrooms, two living rooms and several outdoor areas. The host was helpful in answering questions before arrival, and service minded to arrange things during the stay. Before with a code lock worked very well - nice to drop keys!

Cris was extremely helpful and clear in the instructions to receive us. The house has many stairs, 3 floors and a bathroom and a suspended mezzanine. All very clean, towels and bed linen for everyone. Healing and air conditioned in day. Outstanding location, one of the best possible in Buenos Aires. There are only two bathrooms with shower, so if it is in a large group, you need to divide well, since one of the bathrooms is on one between floors that connects to the rooftop. I highly recommend it, especially for the clarity of communication with Cris, for the excellent location, for comfort and convenience.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

Fransisco’s place is a true reflection of the spirit of Buenos Aires. Artsy, urban and beautiful. A true porteno house. Probably one of the best places I’ve ever been to on Airbnb and Fransisco is a gem, super friendly, eager to help and assist, he gives you the feeling that you’re truly his guest and not just another customer. This is the second time staying in this apartment, more than recommended! Well-equipped apartment, area with lots of transportation and collaborating hosts in everything. It's comfortable, safe, and has everything you need.

The truth is 10 points. Not only is the place beautiful, you can feel that a lot of love was put into it for many years, but it is also very well connected, the people who live there are divine, and the plants are spectacular. I recommend it 100%.
