Villa vacation rentals in Budva Municipality

We had a great time at this wonderful place. Perfect location right by the beach, well-equipped apartment with a nice backyard and large terrace with a fantastic view of the sea. The host is polite and very quick to respond. All the best recommendations!

It was a fantastic stay in Budva. Veselin is a great host, very welcoming and kind. The villa itself situated in very convenient place, close to the sea (about 10 minutes walk), close to inexpensive restaurants, bakeries and shops. Rooms were clean and cosy. Also villa has a couple of patios for evening silent parties for our huge company. Hope we weren't too noisy and disturbing :)

My family stayed at Villa for 2 weeks June 2018. Our experience was superb and beyond expected. Location is exceptional, short walk across the street and down a few stairs to the small beach with seafood restaurants and bars. Only 100 yards either directions to small mini markets with all necessities and fresh fruits and veggies if needed. Cab is readily available from this location by phone call or in front of the hotel entrance across the street from Villa. Milocer park entrance is only about 70 yards from this home and you can have a nice stroll every day for 20-30 min towards Sv.Stefan and along Queen's beach boardwalk. Home is very clean and in great condition with beautiful garden and olive trees. We rented top floor apartment and enjoyed gorgeous views from every balcony. Apartment has AC, however in month of June you will likely not need it because of nice breeze you get with opened balconies. Beds are very comfortable for good night sleep and you have plenty of extra bedding in each room. Our host had very welcoming lunch for us with 3 course meal and desert. We also had leftovers enough for 2 more days. Needless to say, meal was delicious and entirely home made. In summery, great value for your money and a lot of extra priceless perks. Obviously, I would love to spend some more time at this place and I'm hoping to re visit in the future.

It was a great time at Sladja place! Sladja and Sarah were very kind. The apartment was clean and new. Close to the sea. Encourage you to stay at this place for summer vacations 😉

Bizim için harika bir deneyimdi. Aleksandar ve eşi her konuda bize çok yardımcı oldu. Evimiz çok konforlu, açık ortak alan barbekü,havuz çok keyifliydi.ihtiyacımız olan her şey vardı. Evimiz tertemizdi. Biz araç kiraladığımız için çok rahat ettik.

Квартира располагается достаточно удобно, в тихом районе, до Славянского пляжа 15 минут пешком, до старого города - 20-25 минут неторопливым шагом. В 5 минутах ходьбы есть достаточно большой магазин с продуктами и бытовой химией, что очень удобно для длительного проживания. В квартире есть все необходимое: кухня полностью укомплектована, 2 односпальные кровати, полотенца, терраса особенно прекрасна) она вся в цветах, днем на террасе жарковато, а вот вечером самое то поужинать или просто посидеть почитать книжку: тихо, не жарко, уютно. Весна и ее брат очень отзывчивые и приятные в общении хозяева. Всегда были на связи, помогали в любой момент. Спасибо большое за наш чудесный отпуск!

This villa was perfect, the historic house high on the hillside is the most picturesque gem in Montenegro. The terrace is shaded in kiwi vines with a fantastic view of the sea and the location is a quick walk to the beach. The house was set up beautifully with everything we needed; our host greeted us on arrival to explain everything and answer any questions, they even had beverages ready for us in the fridge. The hosts offered to change our towels during the stay and were very responsive with answering questions regarding sites / things to do. Highly highly recommend this place, they have done a fantastic job of keeping this house an architectural gem with the best view you’ll get in Petrovac.

We enjoyed our week long stay as a family at the Old Stone house. The terrace and balconies with their views of the mountains and coast line was the highlight. Overall it was a charming house and area, with the possibility to walk or hike, enjoy fruit from the grapevines and fig trees, petting the neighbouring cats and feeding the owner's pigs and chickens across the road were a nice surprise! Unfortunate however that the downstairs bedroom is small and dark in comparison to the upstairs ones, and has no air conditioning, as well as limited kitchen utensils for a family.

The villa was great as like as in our dreams, it had so modern design. We were 6people with two babies. Location was a little far away from Kotor and Budva, but with our cars it was so easy to get to the other places and also the beaches of Sveti Stefan were the best in Karadağ. Babies had so much fun, the villa was really safe for them and for us also. Kitchen was enough and mostly we didn’t look for a restaurant, we ate at home. They gave us a brochure that contains information about everything like shopping, dining, swimming etc.. They were so helpful with everything, we had a chance to reach them at any time. We are so grateful. If we will plan the same vacation, definitely we are going to choose them. Thank you 🙏

Amazing luxury villa , very quiet and with nice location , 20min driving to Kotor and 15 min driving to Budva .. the host is very nice guy a very helpful

Bonjour, Une maison très agréable à vivre et est très propre. Les espaces de vie sont bien aménagés.

Everything was excellent. The best place to stay. The house is wonderful, in the evening and at night it is very quiet.

Merci à Matthew pour son excellent accueil ! La maison est nichée en haut d’une colline, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur Budva ! Matthew est un hôte exceptionnel et aux petits soins avec ses clients, encore merci à lui ! La maison est très belle, avec un bel extérieur. À noter que la piscine ouvre à partir du 1er Mai (règle mise en place par la municipalité). Nous avons passé en tout cas un excellent séjour, et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Virkelig skønt sted i meget rolige omgivelser, dejlig pool område, smuk udsigt over bjerge og havet. Milijana var en meget imødekommende host som mødte os ved huset med alle mulige forfriskninger, og var meget hjælpsom. Eneste negative var at det var lidt svært at kommunikere med familien på Airbnb vil bestemt anbefale stedet.

Great stay at Sveti Stefan, wonderful service by the host and the location is a amazing. The pool and patios are super nice for enjoying the sun and everything that what needed in the apartment. Would definitely come again 😊

Sabina was an absolutely fantastic host who exceeded all our expectations! Her communication, hospitality, and service were outstanding throughout our stay. She always responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. The house was even better than we had imagined. It was very fresh and had an absolutely incredible view. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à la Villa Luka ! Djuro et sa famille sont très prévenants et accueillants. La maison est très confortable et particulièrement bien équipée et bénéficie d’une vue magnifique sur la baie de Budva. Nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Just got home from a fantastic stay at Agim’s place. We were over with 8 family members all different ages to celebrate my mums birthday and everyone absolutely loved the space. The pool area is amazing all the outdoor spaces were. We stayed in the back apartment they are both similar size. All amenties you will need for a long or short stay, the owner and his wife were lovely people the communication was flawless and fast, nothing was too much hassle. Thank you for a great stay if ever we are in Budva we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. We used taxis some nights to get up to the place but a lot of the time we walked it’s a little bit up but more than doable even for elderly

Wonderful house with a large area where you can find a lot of places to take a relax time. All consists several levels of terraces which make this very luxury and modern even the house is hundreds years old. All is renovated and looks new, very cosy finished with all amenities you may need. Very big and modern pool. House and sourindings are very clean. There are a lot of water streams coming through the plot what makes this place unique. Hosts are very nice and hospitable. We were welcomed with a bottle of good wine. They replys any questions immediately. We were given recommendations for a restaurants and caffes and they all worked perfectly, especially local Caffe with sandwiches from homemade bread! Ideal place for a breakfast. This is absolutely recommended place to spend time with family or friends. We were sad to leave it even though host gave as another bottle of wine from his collection to make this less painful. Views on sunset and mountains will stay in our memories.

Traumhafte Lage mit Blick über die ganze Bucht, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge, herrliches Pool, 2 tolle Restaurantes in geh nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeit im kleinen Rahmen an der Tankstelle zu Fuss, dennoch sollte man ein Auto haben, da eher abgelegen

This was a great house for our visit to Montenegro. The sea view is even more beautiful than in the pictures and we loved having meals on the terrace. The house was super clean and communication with Dragan as well as with Viktoria, the caretaker, was very easy! Whenever we needed something it was easily taken care of. The only thing that maybe could bother some travelers is that the wifi was only available near the front door of the house or outside. This wasn't a big deal for us, however.
