Vacation rentals with breakfast in Budva Municipality

We arrived late in the evening but Ivan greeted us without complaints (even though he had to drive from Podgorica to meet us). He took the time to show us the entire property and gave us a bottle of their own wine. Then a very helpful guy came every morning to clean the pool, water the grass and ask if we needed anything. There is a possibility of ordering breakfast but we made our own since we prefer something lighter than omelettes to start our day. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a grill outside but we didn't get to use any of the facilities because we had to try all the restaurants near and far. We stayed in "murva" house which is - as we were told - the oldest of them and we loved the traditional furniture, fireplace and its rustic charm. The place is 10 min drive from the main (Podgorica - Danilovgrad - Niksic) road so you need a car to get there and around. There is not much to do except enjoy sounds of nature by the pool but that was just what we came for.

The hosts were outstanding from the moment of arrival, making always the most to make you feel at home and to enjoy your staying. We were received with an warm welcome of some fruits and sweets from their produce, followed by a short tour on the surroundings of their field and a little tasting of their liquors in the wine cellar. The farm is just wonderful and a truly ecological example. The local breakfast and dinner were a delight.

The host is very handsome and enthusiastic. The scenery of the house is very good. Overall, it was a perfect stay.

Amazing on all levels. View of the bay fabulous. Super clean with amazing linens and towels and beds and sofas. All amenities plus some! Espresso machine. Steamed milk. Washer. Filtered water. Welcome fruit and juice. Super friendly host family that were available with a smile for any and all requests. I had my 5 month old baby and they provided a cot and were so kind. One night they knew we were tired so they brought dinner!!!!! Above and beyond in all levels.

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

We stayed here for two nights as a family of five and I wish we could have stayed longer. There was plenty of space in our apartment and everyone slept very well. The outside area was incredible. Beautiful pool, hot tub, and the kids loved the grass area with the trampoline. Beautiful view of the bay. We ate breakfast here one morning and it was delicious. Location was an easy drive to old town. Parking can be difficult near old town, so go early. It was much easier staying here with all of our luggage than having a place within the old town walls. The apartment itself was clean, but a little dated. We didn’t bother us. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and had local recommendations for a boat, cruise and other things to do. We would love to stay here again, and I would absolutely recommend this location.

A lovely place to stay. We were able to have our dinners and breakfasts at the villa, with good food cooked by the hosts (and home made alcohol too!). If you want to do a boat trip on Lake Skadar, speak to Dragan as he organized that for us with a local friendly guide. We had initially looked to stay in Virpazar and were glad we chose this place instead, it was nice being more on the outskirts of the town.

Initial miscommunication between the hotel and air Bnb but the hotel staff were very accommodating and we got our room upgraded. Most beautiful views you can get onto the beach which was literally 2 mins walk. Undercover parking was very convenient. The location is central to all restaurants and beaches. Also very family friendly. All in all Everything was great. Would definitely recommend!! Thank you

Gufo Apart only commenced in May2019. The apartment was very spacious, new and clean. It can accomodate 2 people very well. Its also well equipped with washing machine and coffee maker, microwave, stove etc. There is a balcony with open view and comfortable to be outside for breakfast or can be useful to hang out laundry. If you are driving there is a indoor parking which is great. However, one thing to note is that you will need to contact the host (i did so by whatsapp) and ask him/her to come out to let you in the parking lot (everytime)by a card that you will not have. Everything was smooth as the reply from whatsapp was almost instantaneous. All in all a very comfortable stay and is exactly as pictures showed. The price is above other nearby airbnb options but you do get what you paid for and is well worth the "upgrade" in my opinion.

Maja is an incredibly friendly, hardworking, and open person. The house is very clean and there is nothing missing

Perfect service 10/10 Top hotel

We had a fantastic couple of nights staying on Marko’s estate. Marko is a great host and really makes an effort to make you feel welcome. We had a great breakfast on the terrace and also had the opportunity to sample some of Marko’s wines. The rooms are great and the apartment is perfectly located. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again. Thanks again Marko for your great hospitality.

Amazing place with great attention to detail. The room was very clean, and the property was incredibly well-maintained. Andjela was attentive and responded quickly, and her brother helped us with everything at the villa. There were a few minor issues, but I'm sure they will be taken care of. Thank you!
