Great place to stay! Building is easy to find using Google Maps! Very walkable area and located next to all the luxury shopping stores! Street performers played at night nearby making it feel magical! It’s not more than about a 10 min walk to all the major tourist sites! Washer was very nice to have!

With the train station nearby, Alesso's house is at the perfect location. The center of Florence is at walkable distance and we didn't have to take any transport during our stay. The house was clean and had all necessary furnishings for short stay. Thanks Alessio for hosting us.

Weekend with family, two adults and one child (8 years old). The location of the house is very convenient, a fifteen-minute walk and you are in the heart of downtown. The house met expectations and was big enough for our needs. Victoria was very quick and precise in her communication and very kind in meeting us for an early check-in given our arrival time in Florence.

Apartment in perfect condition, 5 minutes from the station and 10 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore. Mrs. Ivana was extremely kind and helpful, meeting our check-in and check-out needs. Highly recommended!

Excellent location with a view on the Giotto tower and Brunellischis dome …. Right in the center of the Italian Renaissance. Excellent breakfast places in < 100 m radius and super visrecht fiorentina in multiple places in 350 m radius When visiting next time we would like to come back Johnny 😉some small milk and sugar for the coffee would make this even better

A magical experience! The house is very comfortable and the decor bucolic. Despite the unfavorable Weather, we were really good there. Silvia and her parents (on site, in the other wing of the house) were very attentive to our needs while being very discreet. Thanks to them! Congratulations on the quality of the amenities (especially the bedding!)

We had a great stay at Alessandro’s place! The location is secluded in the mountain/forest area with a spectacular view. Only a short drive from the train station in Prato. The house is filled with character and charm, it truly is an authentic Tuscan experience. We appreciated all the details. The house had everything you could possibly want. As for Alessandro, what a kind, responsive, and helpful host. We were greeted with a warm welcoming, homemade dessert, and sent off with cappuccinos (which may have been the best on the trip). Excellent! Alessandro was always available if you needed to message him. This stay has it all, a great house and a fantastic host. If you are looking for a quiet place, beautiful views, authentic experience, do not hesitate to book here!

I stayed for 2 nights with my girlfriend , comfortable apartment, very sheltered area and easy communication with the Host who was immediately available. Highlight the terrace outside with the table where you can eat outdoors in total peace of mind.

We loved staying at Guido’s home! He was so welcoming from the time we booked our reservation and throughout our stay! He provided so many recommendations on places to see and things to do, I wish we had more time to do it all! After meeting Guido and Ingrid in person, I feel like we have made some new friends and hope we get the chance to see them again in the future!

This was exactly what we were looking for. Very peaceful and private with beautiful views. Lots of wonderful villages to visit and explore within a 30 minute drive. Norma made some great reservations for our anniversary dinner as well as a couple of great wine tours. She also gave us recommendations of which villages were best to visit and what to do there. We highly recommend doing the cooking lessons with her family. They are such a nice family and were very eager to show us how to cook a traditional Tuscan meal. Grandma really is an amazing cook. They even sat with us as a family to share what we had cooked. We have been to many AirBnB’s and Norma has been our best host by far. We would go back the next time we visit Tuscany. Dave and Liz

Very pleasant house to stay in, extremely quiet, with superb views of Lake Trasimeno. It is excellently located, since in 30 to 60 minutes by car you can also be in Perugia, Assisi, Arezzo, Siena and so many other beautiful cities. And, for those who prefer to walk or cycle, the lake tour is almost 60 km! Last but not least, Sergio is very friendly, full of attention but at the same time very discreet, and as a man of culture he will give you all the information you would like. We had a great stay in this comfortable, clean apartment. It is near many landmarks and close to the Central Market so we could shop to cook at home - the kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc. The rooftop patio was an amazing place to sit and eat while looking at the Duomo. Our host offered some restaurant suggestions that we tried and they were very good. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, Jessica was very helpful. Good neighborhood, and very close to bus stop. The apartment is quite spacious, equipped with heater and air conditioner.
