Luzbin and his family are some of the nicest people you could meet. The service is fabulous. We asked for a few things to be provided and they were delivered within 20 minutes. Nothing is a problem. The reception team is also very helpful and very friendly. The apartment was probably the cleanest one we have ever walked into. Spotless. And the little welcome pack is very nice. The bedding and linen are quality, as are all the furnishings. There is loads of storage space. San Francisco is a bustling neighbourhood with lots of little bars and restaurants. Taxis (or Uber) are plentiful and a taxi almost anywhere is generally less than COP8,000. The apartment feels like home. I would come back here anytime.

Everything's fine! Very good host, she was aware of everything during the stay! The apartment is very well located! There are very nice restaurants near the building. It also has several places to do market nearby! Check-in was very easy, the apto is very cozy with everything necessary to live in. I would definitely go back to the same place for my next vacation. Great location, very clean, very helpful and friendly porteros, the host is extremely responsive. Been to Bucaramanga many times and this place is one of the best places I have stayed. Everything was great!!
