Really good place to spend a day or two, a bit adventurous too. The location is great and private from the hustle of the city and is quite close to some of the nearby majority attractions of Chiang Rai. And Mint was super responsive and helpful throughout the stay 😊

The listing is located outside Chiang Rai. Difficult to access without a vehicle but as soon as you get there, it's an extraordinary place to rest. Outside the city, it allows you to rest in the middle of nature. Breakfast is included in the price and is delicious. The only problem was that the host was doing us a favor and told us afterwards that we had to pay... We would have liked to know beforehand.

My wife & I came for a sports event at nearby provincial stadium so the location is perfect for us. Thana & his father was very attentive towards us and suggested lots of things to do around the area. The room & toilet is squeaky clean and the surrounding area is quiet & private. Just that the mattress is a bit hard but it doesn’t really bothered us. Would definitely recommend Thana’s place!

The place has a great view as shown on the page. It is in a remote location but there is a convenient store before getting uphill, about 10 minutes drive. There are some design issues with the room that may not be inclusive to every guest (i.e. pebble floor from bed area to bath area, steps at the entrance). The curtain cannot fully block the light from outside and some electrical devices blink at night so there could be a problem for person with sleeping difficulty. Dinner and breakfast are included in the fee but are very basic. The host is very helpful for both online inquiry and on-site.

We had a very nice stay at Van's. The room was clean, equipped with air conditioning and there was also hot water! Van was very accommodating and helpful. We were able to contact her at any time and she always responded quickly. If you like it quiet, Van is the right place for you.
