Vacation rentals with beach access in Brzac

I loved this little apartment on a quiet street, yet close enough to the waterfront, restaurants, etc.

Great and very clean accommodation. Super friendly host - highly recommend.

The property is absolutely centrally located in the old town of Baška. Due to the gradient between the back and front, the entrance is in the basement. Towards the sea, this is about the first floor. There is a wardrobe and the bedroom. A wooden staircase leads to the next floor with a kitchen and a small bathroom. Over it is a bright attic with two sofa beds and balcony terrace. The place was clean and we were right at home. The kitchen equipment is ok but should be improved. New pots/pans would be good. Small bowls and certain aids such as a garlic press, etc. are completely missing. The upper room has a fantastic view of the sea. There is also a TV (not in the photos yet). We had some issues with the water (it dripped on the ground floor from the shower + rained in high storms upstairs), but Sandra responded immediately. Thank you for this, we will be happy to come back!

Pero’s apartment is so spacious with beautiful view on the sea. A great and big balcony is attractive for chilling out. A negative side is that the main road is in front of the house which brings noise occasionally.

Very nice accommodation in the very centre with beautiful furniture and perfect view. Everything was close- restaurants, bars, pekara👍 And Nevenka was always smiling👌

Sandra was very accommodating and speaks perfect German which made communication much easier The villa is very clean and has a fantastic view of the sea, was really great! Since we arrived on a holiday and had all the shops, she provided us with a small welcome goodie day, a very nice gesture We will definitely come back here 100% recommend !

The accomodation is very spacious and clean, with a nicely maintained garden and patio. Parking is easy. Kitchen is well equipped with appliances and cutlery, although there are no basic things like salt or some tea which would be a nice gesture. The area is very quiet and close to the beach. Only downside was the owners live downstairs with only a door and stairs dividing and they can be heard clearly from the living room kitchen area of the accomodation. I recommend to stay here.

My family and I visited Olga’s place for the 3rd time. It was lovely again. She is a very nice host, the apartment was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Ana's place was a great home base for a couple nights in Cres. It is an easy walk to the harbour and shops. Ana was very welcoming and helpful and it was lovely to meet her.

We stayed at Tina's place for a month and had a great time. A perfect place to have a quiet and relaxing vacation. Tina was very welcoming and helpful, with very fast replies to our questions. The house came equipped with plenty appliances and kitchenware, good Wi-Fi, and a nice pool with view of the nearby mountains. We couldn't use the pool as often as we would've liked due to weather, but Tina was very consistent with cleaning it anyway 😊

We stayed in this beautiful house for 1 week and had a great time with our 2 children and dogs. Ivan gave us helpful tips for shopping and activities. The sea is within walking distance, and very private, away from crowded tourist beaches. A small supermarket is also just behind the corner. All in all, we will definitely come back 👍👍👍👍

The house and surroundings are perfect for those seeking peace and relaxation. Except for birds, you don't hear much there. The most beautiful is the evening sun, which sits over the property and gives it a magic. Kitchen is in the covered outdoor area, with a large grill. We had everything from a quiet shooting star night to the pool party and enjoyed every minute. For the drive to the quiet beach (not 5min) we got a car as the road is a bit bumpy. Had the 10 days at your disposal. But we thought it was fun, rounded off the vacation. For people who are afraid of insects, it may be nothing, we have discovered something new every day:) But everything is harmless. Will miss the evening view of the sea!

It was an unforgettable holiday. The view from the apartment directly to the sea, this mild climate still in October, all very special. We enjoyed being in this small but nice apartment very much. The location is perfect and fantastically beautiful. there is a private parking right in front of the house and has its own access to the sea by stairs, incomparable. The journey directly to the house is daring but doable. Mosquitoes are still very annoying in October. It was not an open supermarket at our time,shopping better in Labin. Gaststätte was an open and a pizzeria in the nearby campsite. Renata was very straightforward to reach and very helpful. The only negative thing to mention is that the description mentions a washing machine. At least this didn't exist for us. Otherwise everything was great and absolutely recommended. Would have liked to stay longer.

The stone house is really very nice and everything is very clean. When we arrived, the house was already pre-cooled with the existing air conditioning. Everything was really very clean and the towels and linens smelled very good. There was also a parking space for one car right in front of the property. For us, the stay was far too short in this beautiful house.

Marko and his brother were lovely hosts and really accommodating. They made our stay an uncomplicated and relaxing experience. The apartment is close to the beautiful town of Senj, but in a really quiet and peaceful corner outside of town. It had all the necessities we needed for feeling comfortable and at home. The highlight was the nice terrace with a view to the sea, where you can also sit and relax when the weather is bad. And of course the beach right below the apartment - great for lazy days! We wouldn't change a thing and would come back anytime! Thank you to our hosts and their flexibility and friendliness!

Viktorija and her husband have always been very kind and welcoming. Beli is a village of the past and I fell in love with the second beach of the village, quiet and surrounded by nature. The place is thoughtfully furnished and very functional. The apartments are located in the highest house in the country just above the Pension Tramontana. My husband took a couple of dives and had a great time with Diving on the beach. If you want to eat at home, I recommend shopping at the Plodine di Cres before you arrive, but the small shop near the beach is still well-stocked.

What can I say! The best hosts ever! Not only the place was amazing well placed very near the sea but the hosts were so sweet. I got treated so well and got taken care of because I got sick. Stunning place with even more stunning people 🫶🏼🫶🏼

We stayed in Sanja's apartment for a month and felt right at home there. The apartment was cozy, clean and had everything we needed for a long stay. Sanja left us lots of amazing goodies (wine, cheese, coffee, food) which came in handy as we checked in late and didn't need to rush to the store. She is such a friendly and warm host and human being. She was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. The great thing about the location of the apartment are the grocery and drug store across the street. Also a great dog groomer, as we had our dog with us. We walked down to the beach almost daily - a 15 minute walk downhill and a little bit longer back. A great exercise! :) The view from the balcony is amazing! We spent many mornings having our coffee there, admiring the (most) beautiful Adriatic. Thank you Sanja for being an awesome host. Your guests are lucky to have you!

We were completely satisfied. I loved the view best. The apartment was very nice and clean. Everything you need. The apartment is located directly on the promenade, from where you can walk for a long time on the coast and restaurants are also directly accessible.

It was really nice except for small defects ( ways to clean ) but super great! Everything available. Super big if you are traveling with children. We will be happy to come again. Recommended 99%
