Thank you Neil and Kate - the four nights I stayed was just what I needed. Cosy, comfortable, relaxing and great value for money. Quick and detailed communication throughout, which included a very thorough booklet for cottage and local info. The one thing I would recommend to others is to arrive in daylight because of the dark, tight country roads nearby. Especially after my satnav had to re-route me because there was a closure/diversion.

Great little cottage in a great location. Private fenced garden was great for the dogs, and to have a Xmas tree up still made it feel festive even just after boxing day. When we arrived we did not have hot water, but that was not an issue and this was fixed the next day (even on a Sunday inbetween Xmas and New Year). The cottage had everything we needed, it was comfortable and a great location for everything we intended to do. We did not get a chance to walk out the bottom of the garden, though the Valley to the river as the weather was not great. We would definitely stay again.

wow. what an unbelievable place. Hugh and Susanna we're great hosts and lovely people. So much to do on site. I used the swimming pond for my cold therapy on Saturday morning. Used the barn most evenings for pool,darts table tennis and table football with much more in there. The cottage was absolutely stunning with everything we needed. Lovely wood burner ,underfloor heating in bathroom with lovely bath and separate shower.Watching the different birds at the bird feeders through the windows in the morning and evenings. Close to numerous walks and beaches which we enjoyed . poppit sands my favourite, just walking across the waters edge while the sun was going down. If you seen Hugh or Susanna in the day they always asked how the day had went and we be asking their advice about other places to see. 11 out of 10 from me and my wife. Thank you so much Hugh and Susanna fir being welcoming hosts. All the best for the future.

We loved this cosy little cottage so much. We had a really relaxing stay. Everything was clean, kitchen well equipped, really cosy and there’s beautiful views all around. Our dog also loved the enclosed garden. It was nice to know that the owners were nearby if we needed anything but everything was perfect. Tysm!
