Beautiful place, beautiful view of the bay, very nice and communicative host. The water in the bay is very clean and clear, it's a good idea to bring a swimming mask, under the water surface you will encounter a lot of fish. A beach made of small pebbles is clean and well-maintained. The tap water is not drinkable (due to the salty taste), but hosts easily provide good water. We were with a small dog, which was no problem in the hosts building. However, you should know that there are signs at the entrance to the beach that prohibit dogs, but with reasonable care, no one pays attention to them, so it's not a problem either. Getting to the bay can be quite difficult for not very good drivers, the roads to Hvar are winding, sloping and often unsecured. However, it will be a great adventure for people who like to drive. In summary: I would definitely recommend this place and the host, choosing an apartment here you will get beautiful views, silence and unforgettable experience.

Great location, short walk from center, but also private and quiet. Simple and clean space with everything you might need. Overall great stay.

Lovely home and patio areas /pool will be wonderful when finished! Loved Marin and his hospitality was above & beyond amazing! Cooked steaks on his outdoor bbq - Delicious! And very knowledgeable about the area, basketball and Luka Doncic~ loved all of it! Hvala Marin and Anna! See you in Florida!

A wonderful host and a great place to stay!!

The fisherman's house is magical facing the sea, it allows a real disconnection. We would have stayed a few more days... Warning: difficult access on a stony road for 2 km and a neighbor on the left, nothing disturbing but not specified in the listing.

we spent wonderful days at oxaland. it is an enchanting place and everything was just perfect, there is nothing we missed. oxa and her husband are wonderful people who do everything for the good of their guests. we can only recommend this magical place, the danger is - that we will come again! thank you oxa for everything!!! 100% top!! oliver and family

The apartment was nice, clean, tastefully decorated and had everything you might need. Scenes from the private (and big!) terrace were beautiful. The little beach in front of the house felt secluded, as there were no other people around. It was also really easy to reach since it was like 30 meters from the house. Last but not least, Marin is a great host, genuinely nice and helpful person. Thank you, we liked it there!

This place is amazing and so are the hosts. Soon after our arival Miljenko's parents Zdravko and Ana greeted us and showed us around. During our stay they were always available and communicative with any of our needs. They also occasionally brought us some fruits from local farmers. This unit location is excellent because it takes about 5 minutes to walk to main street and closest beach. It's very quiet and private place with nice garden. Overall, we were very pleased during our vacation here.

Our stay in Bol was excellent and the hosts made efforts to ensure we were happy and comfortable without intruding on privacy. The property and grounds are immaculately maintained and include every convenience we needed for a week long stay. There is a grocery store nearby for essentials and a well equipped kitchen to prepare meals at home if you want. The pool was clean and nice and we had a terrace overlooking the pool area where we spent the evenings playing cards or eating dinner. The apartment is a moderately long walk up hill so this might be challenging for some. We enjoyed the forced exercise for our evenings after long days at the beach. You can rent bikes or scooters locally but we opted to walk everywhere and take it slow. We’d love to come back some time soon to visit Bol and would gladly stay again, thank you.

We had a great time. The apartment is quiet with beautiful sea views. Clean and well-equipped accommodation. The kids loved the pool. Ana and her family are super nice and always available if needed.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was in a quiet location with beautiful views over the sea. The sunsets were spectacular-beating Santorini’s by a mile! The family were very generous-sharing eggs from the chickens, their own olive oil (we got some to take home was so good!) and a sour cherry liqueur they made. My son was happy to find kittens to play with, and enjoyed the pool. House was well equipped, excellent air con when needed, and pool was refreshing too. Can highly recommend for a bit of getting away from it all!

Would definitely recommend this place and the host. The place is centrally located and was perfect for our family. The host always responded quickly and welcomed us warmly. Great recommendations on things to do/see and not least in restaurants in the area.

We had a great stay at Marianna's and Ivo's place, it's close to the sea and it got everything one needs, it's also very clean and the pool area with the bbq and the jaccuzi are perfect for lazy days. I overall recommend renting a car while staying there.

Nikola was a great host and easy to deal with. He was kind hearted and very helpful. The place was nice and the location was good (assuming you have a car since it’s about a 25min drive to Hvar). Nikola was kind enough to give my family and I an extended check out and even gave us some thank you gifts before we left. We would highly recommend his place.

I can't be more positive about Antonija and her villa. Situated in an absolutely beautiful bay, the clear Adriatic Sea and stunning surroundings were just what we'd been hoping to find. The Villa was a relatively new build that had been kept in pristine condition. It was exactly as described, pretty private, overlooked by one absent neighbour, it had a small pool, an outdoor barbecue and as many lemons, limes and sprigs of rosemary as you could pick. It was off-season so there were no tourists which was great. There wasn't much open, but the restaurant next door was making it easy when we couldn't bear to cook. There's a fantastic fish restaurant (Pasarela) only 45 minutes walk away that really should be visited - tables go down to the water's very edge - stunning! And Antonija couldn't have been more helpful, picking us up from the port on arrival, taking us to the supermarket every few days for supplies and taking us back to the port when leaving... We loved it!! A+++++

When we arrived at the apartment, we were pleasantly impressed, because what we saw exceeded our expectations. The apartment is clean, spacious, cozy. There's everything to the smallest detail. It can be seen that the owners put their soul into their business. Private shock for ours is the terrace! It has a lovely view of the mountains and the sea. Even when it's cool outside, you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the great view. Thank you for allowing you to live in the apartment with a dog, because he is a member of our family) We are pleasantly impressed by the hospitality of the host, he gave a tour of the garden, told a lot of interesting things, treated with local treats. We will be coming back here each year! Thank you!

Zlatko is a great host. From check-in to communication during our stay to check-out, Zlatko was always there for us and very eager to make us feel comfortable in his house. The house is fantastically located, in 5 minutes you can walk to the sea and you have absolute peace around you. If you want to enjoy the great nature of Croatia in a beautiful cottage, this is the place to be.

Tea is extremely friendly and you will find an apartment with everything you need and extremely comfortable. It was a pleasure to stay there

We were visiting family who live in Stari Grad and the flat was very close to the centre of town where they live and easily walkable. The parking spot is convenient if you rent a car. The path to the cross on the hill is about a 5min walk.

The host family was very kind and always ready to help. Luka's place is really nice and big! The apartment was fully equipped, really spacious and perfectly clean! There's also a big terrace which we were using for the whole vacation. The place is very close to the sea, the nearest beach is just one minute on foot. The second beach is concrete and about 3 minutes far and never overcrowded. The sea is super clear with easy access. There are two markets, green-grocery, three cafes/restaurants, bakery and three ATM's in the neighbourhood. It is also possible to rent a bike, e-bike or four-wheeler. There are many nice cycle routes in the countryside and nice running tracks (from 10 to 20 kilometres). We would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Wonderful apartment with great amenities. We would certainly stay here again. Pros: - 3 min walk to a nice restaurant and the beach - Very close to ferry - Close to grocery - Three large bedrooms - Two bathrooms - Well-stocked kitchen for cooking - Lovely balcony - Extra clean - Decent firm mattresses with good support - lovely and kind host Quirks to know about: - No living room (we liked sitting around kitchen table anyway) - 2 portable airconditioners keep two bedrooms cool, but one was a bit warm at night. We could have moved one of the mattresses into our cooler room but didn’t need to. - indeed it’s the same entrance to the apartment and the lower apartment, but we felt our space was completely private. Just don’t come here if you want to have a big party or do something illegal. - no dedicated washing machine, but our host kindly did a load of laundry for us halfway through the trip. Recommended!

we spent our one week holiday here and everything was very nice. clean and spacious apartment, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. air conditioner is high class and we liked to have our meals at the terrace. we traveled with our dog and he also enjoyed the holiday :) highly recommended apartment!
