Wonderful place to get away! Looking for a place to stay for a few days off, I came across the Villa Romenthal and was lucky that the loft was still available. The loft is very clean, tastefully decorated, shows great art and offers a wonderful room atmosphere overlooking the Ammersee. The quiet location helps you relax and invites you to take walks, into the countryside or into the city center with its diverse shops and restaurants. The accommodation is only surpassed by Katja & Pieter and their winning manner. The booking was straightforward, the check-in/check-out incredibly flexible, the greeting with flowers, cake & even more cordial, the communication helpful and full of stimulating conversations and an entertaining delivery service to the train station. It's just a shame that you have to pack your bags again at some point...

The accommodation was very nice and well-equipped, no complaints. We had a very good week, this region is rich in discoveries, we hope to return to this cottage one day.

Great stay with great weather which helped make our vacation extra of course! Impeccable and very beautiful accommodation, as described Cornelia is a great host. We did not see it physically but had a lot of fruitful and friendly exchanges via the app Ideal location close to a few lakes including the Starnberg See which is a 15mn walk (swimming boat rides...) or the Ammersee which is 10mn by car In 45 minutes we are in Munich, in 1h10 at the castle of Neuschwanstein and therefore 10 minutes more and we are in the Tirol... We would recommend a stay here to everyone Tchuss

Even though we only had two days, our stay was really worth it. Barbara was a very good host and explained everything in detail remotely explained. The apartment handover by her daughter also worked out great. The house itself was as described and is fantastically only a few minutes away by bike from Chiemsee in a small village on the edge of the forest. Ideal for people looking for peace or by bike/walking the beautiful area. We will remember this weekend for a long time!

What a beautiful property. The outside is not yet completely ready, but if you know that in advance and that also counts, there is a feeling of a good price-quality ratio. Everything inside was fully cared for. Also for the little ones (2 years) there were the right amenities and even games that she has gratefully used. The parking space behind the house should be a little nicer accessible. The host can't do anything about that, but if you want to drive away, there is limited visibility if you wanted to turn left. We just went to the right and via the roundabout a short distance we were then quickly (safe) on the right road again. The new (3 double) windows ensure that there is no nuisance from road traffic. We would love to see how the upstairs apartment will be next year. Definitely are interested in that.

Stepheny was very friendly and I met Antono and he was a great talker and a nice person who gave me instructions about the purposes of the room and the area and he was very helpful to the room.

Mike’s apartment is amazing! Very comfortable beds! clean, spacious, makes you feel you arrive home! And he’s a very authentic person! With a beautiful family ready to welcome you! He had a nice gesture to bring fresh and delicious pretzels, rolls and German sweets which made us have a great beginning of the day! I recommend this place! If you’re driving a car you have a parking spot inside his property, if you want to go to München downtown, the metro station is 7 minutes and there’s a direct line to Marienplatz

Absolutely recommended accommodation – better than in the pictures! The apartment exceeded our expectations. Furniture and amenities are high-quality and modern. The kitchen in particular is excellently equipped – everything is very well maintained and up to date. The bed is extremely comfortable with a good mattress and high-quality linens. The bathroom is also great: clean, modern, tasteful. The balcony invites you to linger – quiet, with a view of the countryside. Internet connection is fast and stable, ideal for streaming or working. Everything was sparkling clean – bathroom, kitchen, bed – we immediately felt comfortable. The parking space right outside the door ensures a relaxed arrival. Overall, an accommodation that we can recommend without reservation – we'll be back for sure!
