Nice place to stay! Another kitchen in there if you want to cook yourself, but we didn't do that

We had a nice stay in Hoogenweg. Dion is very helpful and responds quickly to questions and messages. The space is very spacious and clean, full of comforts and if you miss something you just have to ask. Very nice for us that our dog was also welcome. You are really in the countryside, so very quiet. That means you always have to take the car for, for example, the bakery or eating out. The other way around, Hardenberg is only 3 km away, so you can get there in no time.

We enjoyed our time here with our children. It is a beautiful location with a lot of character. We were invited to look around and meet the animals. The boys still found the horses exciting, but the young kittens and snuff the always sweet and patient dog were the best. What struck us was the spacious kitchen, a pleasant backyard to retreat to, a spacious layout and a pleasant indoor climate despite the high outdoor temperature this weekend.

Mirte's cottage is wonderful. It is beautifully located in a forest rich in birds. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you are definitely in the right place. The cottage itself is basic but certainly sufficient. We would like to go here again.
