The check in was really smooth with the option for parking as well proved really easy and accessible especially in the city centre. The apartment was really clean had fantastic views sat on the 8th floor and is a great location for any business or leisurely visits within Sheffield, would highly recommend to anyone! Brilliant. The photos don’t do it justice, great little place. Had absolutely everything I needed. Area was really quiet and the shops on your doorstep are really handy. Very good stay and would definitely recommend!

From booking to check in all communications were fast clear and friendly. The place was immaculatebwith all amenities you need and more. Some lovely touches with the games machine, board games, dab radio and more. Beds were very comfy wirh lovely linen. Location was great. 10 min walk from the opera house. Yes its uphill coming home but nothing too strenuous. Lots of shops around the apartment if you need anything. Parking on the side street was no problem. We loved our stay and will certainky be back as we use the opera house often. Highly recomended hosts 🌟🌟🌟

Teresa and Buster were very friendly, helpful and welcoming hosts. The unit was beautiful, comfortable and clean. It had everything we needed for our visit plus Teresa left us few extra treats, which were most appreciated. We were able to walk everywhere in Buxton as the unit was close to the Railway Station and city centre. We highly recommend Teresa and Buster's accommodation for your trip to Buxton. Great find, accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Really quirky, clean property, and welcome crumpets for breakfast, Thank you Kirsty! Just be aware, there is quite a steep hill to climb to get to the properly if you walk into Matlock. This was fine for us, but could be an issue for some. Great pubs and pizza take away right across the street. We will definitely reccommend.

Melanie’s place is a gem. Absolutely spotless with everything we needed for our weekend. Within walking distance of town. Very handy for restaurants. We’d definitely stay again.

We were visiting Buxton for 2 shows at the Opera House & the apartment is perfectly placed for this, being just a few minutes walk away, also the Pavilion Gardens and loads of places to eat & drink. Apartment is beautifully furnished and very well-equipped with pretty, sunny little cottage-style garden to front. The main bedroom is lovely, really comfortable bed. Our friend stayed in the basement bedroom and did comment that it was cold BUT he was very warm and comfortable once in bed. Wish we had stayed longer, if only to take advantage of the huge selection of dvds and books 😊. Thankyou, Heather, Kim and Lorna for a really great (too short) stay.

Very enjoyable stay. Great location for discovering all of Buxton on foot with many pubs, bars and restaurants only a short walk away. Clear comms beforehand and the apartment was exactly as described - very clean and comfortable.

Had an amazing time at Holmdene in the Peak District. was perfectly located for all the walking and trips/tours we wanted to do in Castleton. Charlotte & Stuart were wonderful hosts who greeted us warmly on arrival and Charlotte gave us a detailed chat on all the walks we could do tho we didn't get to experience all of them in our short stay due to weather. We had a lovely evening in the pod with friends and we felt very at home in the apartment which was spotless and well equipped for all our needs and we would highly recommend Holmdene to anyone looking to stay in Castleton. we will definitely be back for more visits. The best Airbnb's are those one would like to return to - this is one of them. It's great location (less than fifteen minutes walk from the town centre across a fabulous park; it is very spacious for two, with a lovely, light lounge; it is impeccably decorated and kitted out in a very original way. It lives up to the on-line photos. Definitely one of the best we have stayed at.

A truly great stay. The hosts communication and levels of support (not that it was needed) was one of the best I’ve ever had. Place was perfect for my needs and all the instructions were clear and precise. Also really flexible and helpful regarding my checking. When I go back to Sheffield I will staying at this place if it’s available.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Location and building wasn’t what we expected but still felt nice and private once inside. Room looks exactly like the pics. The hosts were really attentive and got back to me very quickly with any questions I had. Definitely recommend here for someone to stay the night.

Very beautiful surroundings and cleverly executed indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage rooms! Some minor issues with the heating of the Manners and sounds of the swimmers below however it’s a great little escape! Highly recommend it.

Exactly as described. The flat was very comfortable and clean and we have a great stay. They hot tub was a highlight but it did get dirty towards the end of our stay, probably because everyone in the building was using it, it it didn’t bother us at all. We would 100% stay there again, great value for money in a great location.

Cute little place, really well equipped and clean. Being able to go see the animals was an added bonus. Victor was very responsive and attentive and would love to visit again. Thank you
