Monthly Rentals in Bronx River

Patrick is an amazing host. He gave me a ride on his car to show around. He is always responding if you are texting him. The apartment is close to the subway and it’s easy to get to city center. I stayed on winter and it was warm inside of the room. Sometimes I even opened a window to get place cooler, but you can use an air conditioner (it’s new). The bed was great, especially the mattress is super soft. There is a TV in the room, which makes this place more cozy. I would definitely come back again. Thanks Patrick! You are the best! ))

This was my second time staying at Lisa's house and it's always a delight! The bedroom is so pleasant and peaceful that I slept 11 hours!! Lisa is a kind and gracious host. Plus one of the best pastry shops in the area is nearby!! I highly recommend staying with her.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with Joanna! She was lovely and incredibly sweet and helpful as I bumbled my way to arrive, much later than planned. Was very open and giving offering me free use of the kitchen, its contents and offering rides to and from the train station. Also appreciated getting to snuggle an adorable feline friend.

My stay was excellent, Miss Yvonne was very communicative and nice. Check in was done very easy and decent also our orientation was welcoming as if we were family. I will definitely be booking again! Thank you for such an awesome experience Miss Yvonne!!
