Lovely roomy holiday home, everything looked new and modern. In good central location with good access to public trasport. The park is good for quite relaxation, but there is still plenty to do for the children. Take mossy spray! The mosquitoes are very hungry! We only used the hot tub twice, as we were very busy visiting family and sites around Utrecht. Instructions on how to fill and drain it would have been helpfull. We also visited the lake across the road, which has a lovely sandy beach.

The apartment corresponded to the description. Communication with the landlord was friendly.

A narrow steep staircase leads into the attic. The home consists of a single room + bathroom. Neither was clear to me when reading the listing, maybe I missed it too. Furniture + bathroom partly older, but I don't think that bad. Otherwise very good, especially for the price!

Heinz-Leo's place is amazing from all perspectives. Great location, very spacious house and excellent facilities. The house was very clean also. The friendly hosts and the cute alpacas just add to the wow factor. Definitely recommend for anyone around Gillrath area.

Beautiful neighbourhood.Play park a five min walk away which was great for our young kids. Flat is beautiful and the double bunk beds worked perfectly. Master bedroom is lovely too x
