Spacious, very clean accommodation with all we needed. It was a comfortable set up for our long weekend. Very well located by the marina with many long walks for our dog but also close enough to restaurants, pubs and shops. A enjoyable stay.

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

Booked the lodge as a surprise for my best friend’s 40th birthday. Four of us in total, that don’t get to see one another often; and everything about this experience made it so special. Selina was so accommodating and flexible to our individual needs; kindly letting 2 of us access the lodge ahead of check-in time, to set up birthday banners & afternoon tea (ordered from No. 142 Cafe in Oulton Broad). The entire stay exceeded all expectations! The photos don’t really do it justice. The lodge is stylish, comfortable, and spotless. The double bedroom boasts its own access onto the spacious veranda, and such a lovely marina location. A fab bar/restaurant onsite too, which we enjoyed the next day.

Word cannot describe our stay at Lynnes cottages. My Mum, 3 year old Son and 5 month old Daughter stayed in Tern Cottage for 3 nights and we wished we could have stayed longer! Lynne had thought of everything for us as adults and the children had everything and more they could have dreamed of. The cottage itself was stunning and spacious for us all. The place was spotless and Jenn on reception was so accommodating. My boy loved the play room and the swimming pool was so lovely for us all, such a treat. Thank you again for such a memorable stay and very much look forward to booking with you again soon!

As a family of five, we had a great stay at Debbie’s caravan. It’s right next to the beautiful beach which has sand dunes and crashing waves, which the kids loved. The caravan feels really spacious and doesn’t have the tight corridor that many others do. It has everything we needed (apart from a hairdryer) and was really clean and orderly. Also centrally located so easy to access all the activities. We didn’t buy the Haven passes in the end as we could still book activities and use the arcade without one and we used the swimming pool in Great Yarmouth instead as it has a great aqua park with slides etc. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

A home from home. Quiet, but room for children to play. Lovely duck pond to walk around. great hot tub Love the living room on the first floor with balcony to eat breakfast. Michael was very friendly and happy to help there is a swimming pool attached to the golf club but we only managed to get in once. There is no shallow end for non confident swimmers either.

We enjoyed our stay at Cromer Country club. The surroundings were beautiful and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed with our two young children and they provided two travel cots and two high chairs and even some children’s plates dishes and crockery which was really useful! The apartment was cosy if a little dated, but we understand the property is currently undergoing a renovation program. We appreciated the amenities and visited the pool, sauna etc which looked like the photos. The kitchen was well equipped and had good quality pots and pans for cooking. Bed was comfortable and the bedroom had blackout blinds which was great. It was also useful to have toiletries provided. A smart TV would have been handy.

We had a lovely stay at Helen’s place near Oulton Broad for 3 nights with the kids and the dog. Lovely little attention to detail with dog treats and dog bowls left out, also some treats for the humans. Thanks!

The apartment perfectly suited our requirements for a short stay to cycle the Broads, play tennis and squash and use the pool etc. The Sports bar staff were welcoming and the selection and quality of food and drinks very good. The apartment itself had everything anyone would require for a self-catering stay although we ate out every evening. The location was spot on, with great views across the golf course and parking right next to the front door. Many thanks to our host for the speedy responses to the questions we threw at her at short notice ...and she even managed to arrange perfect weather for us too! :-) Thanks again and vbr

Really relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Leisure facilities really clean.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom flat during a wet February. Apartment is very private, with good sized balcony and lovely views over the golf course. Warmand temperature easily controlled. Everything you need for self-catering but meals also available in the brasserie or sports bar and 'the Painted Barn' 2 minutes drive away. Small well-stocked village shop plus a retail park with massive sainsburys only 10 mins away. We had a lovely meal with friends in the Brasserie, with drinks before and coffee after sitting by the log burning fire in the bar area.
