Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Broadbeach Waters

Fantastic place, spacious, clean and great outdoor decking and pool areas. House has all needed amenities including good laundry and is very private. Access was easy and plenty of parking available. Perfect for families. Location is 3 mins from Benowa Village shopping centre which is very convenient. Support and communication from Janett was also great. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful stay, and host was responsive and friendly! Amenities were freely available and well stocked! Would recommend!

we just had my friends Hens weekend here, the house homed 6 adults each night very comfortably with plenty of space to spare! 10 of us on Saturday for a few hours and there was still plenty of room and didn't feel crowded. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, the kitchen was WELL stocked with every utensil, plate, bowl, platter, cookware you could possibly need. I did miss having a container or 2 a couple of times but nothing glad wrap couldn't fix! The house was well cleaned and presented and all the furniture was comfortable. everyone loved this place and I'd definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing your piece of paradise 😊

We recently stayed at Matts place for a weekend away. We were two families and we barely needed to leave, having the creek right there was perfect! Matt was very responsive and very friendly. Thank you for a great stay.

Great place to stay, quiet location, walking distance to the beach. Cleve sent clear instructions prior to arrival which made check in super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very beautiful house with great views. The Bird feeder on the back deck brought in some lovely mountain Larry's and bird seed was supplied. Being in the mountains the air was very moist which made for cold linen but overall we loved our stay.

Absolutely perfect place for our 2 week holiday. The house had everything we needed and Maria was a pleasure to communicate with. Check-in and out was faultless and everything in-between. Would highly recommend to anyone, especially families. Location was spot on too.

Great place to stay with kids. Ground level made it really easy with the kids, in a private area as well. Pool and tennis court (free hire of rackets and balls!) within 25m. Amazing location, across the road from all the action at the beach and in walking distance to a heap of pubs and eateries. View whilst playing tennis was unreal on dusk. Was a little tricky finding the car park on arrival at night time, but once we worked it out it was a breeze. Kristy was super responsive to all of our queries and was really flexible with check and check out with notice. Would definitely stay again.

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! Rare to find a place with plenty of bedrooms and beds for a group getaway in such a central location, close to beach, breweries, coles, restaurants and more. Pool was lovely, living areas well presented, and in a very quiet neighborhood.

Gill's place was amazing, even better than expected! Gill was friendly and left everything we needed, including milk, coffee and choccies. The home was very spacious and clean and tidy! I would definitely stay at Gill's again! Coolangatta was brilliant with a beautiful beach, shops, cafes and restaurants within walking. Overall great stay. Thank you Gill 💕

The location of the accommodation was outstanding. The view is to die for we pretty much had the pool to ourselves and when we shared the rest of the guests were very respectful. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay.. this is the place

Josie was so helpful - such clear instructions! The resort was a lot of fun, and the kids loved the Splash Zone in particular. Everything was very clean and comfortable in the unit, and it was very conveniently located for the pool, resort exit and a BBQ area.

We had a great stay at the apartment! The services on site are fantastic and there were many days where the kids just enjoyed going on the waterslides and hanging out at the pools. The supermarket is an easy 2 minute walk away. There’s also a fair few delicious eateries and an ice cream shop that are a very short walk from the resort. There are stairs (as already clearly advertised) and we were just a little cautious with the kids making sure they didn’t access the balconies. The apartment itself was very comfortable, the kids slept really well in the bunk beds and there were lots of toys and books to keep them busy! John was very clear with his instructions and always replied promptly. We would happily stay at this apartment again! :)

We really loved the location of Sammi's place, super close to shops, beach front and restaurants/cafes. Plenty to do, but also a great spot to relax and watch the waves roll in. Everything was accounted for and we felt right at home as soon as we stepped through the doors. Definitely recommend this gem and will return!

We had a really good 4 night stay. Great location, walking distance to everything. Check in was easy, clear pictures on where to find the keys. Good accom if you have little ones as in the cupboard there were a bucket and shovel, scooters and boogie boards provided. The only downside was there was a smell that lingered around the whole time and no hot water the morning we were checking out so could not shower.

Really enjoyed my stay in Broadbeach. Great location, easily accessible to walking, beach, restaurants, shopping - all the things!

We had a lovely stay! Unit was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed! Pod coffee machine was a lovely touch. Nice quiet area and close to everything. Darinka was very responsive and communication was great. Our only issue was that someone had parked in our space one evening but Darinka helped us as much as she could. However, the after hours number to call for the resort itself were not helpful at all which was disappointing. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks Darinka!
