It is a very nice house ideal to celebrate holidays with our family: cozily furnished, nice bedrooms for both us and the children and enough to play with for the children, within walking distance of the lake and the location of the house in the forest gave a lot of cooling with the warm weather. The location near Brno is also a nice holiday destination!

A home perfect for larger groups. Large space, 3 bathrooms, garden. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. Very picturesque neighborhood, peace and quiet. You really can feel at home.

Ivana is a great host. Place is excellent with large garden, sitting place, pool ... a wonderful home. Fully recommend it.

The stay was suitable for our group of three. The accommodation can also comfortably accommodate a significantly larger group.

It was nice to be there, we recommend this place for chilling and rest.

We were with the family of nine in David's beautiful house. The house is large, there were rooms for everyone and access to the outside everywhere. The pool and terrace with the grill were the absolute highlight for us. David sent us great excursion tips in advance. So we discovered a couple of magically beautiful places that we will certainly visit again. David is a very diligent host. He knew we were booking the house for my mother's birthday and even suggested arranging flowers and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine. We had 3 really very nice days and would be happy to come back. Thank you!

The apartment in person looks even better than in the pictures. The place is quiet and peaceful. My favorite thing about the location is that is right by the Luzanky park, perfect for walks and exercise. There’s also a small supermarket nearby. Drahomir is always at reach and is very friendly. There is an elevator on the building, but you do need to walk one flight of stairs to get to the apartments floor, but it’s fine. The place is cozy, with a functional kitchen and a beautiful washroom. The place is well lit, and there are plenty of lights inside. I definitely think the place is worth the stay and would come here again.

The apartment is beautiful, classic, it has a very nice atmosphere. I felt really at home in it. It was quiet at night. The view of the monastery is beautiful. We had a great stay and hope to visit again: )

Great location for short visits to Brno.

The apartment is pleasant, clean, the biggest advantage is the private parking space.

The apartment was beautiful, just slightly smaller than the photos suggested. It was clean and quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors. The tram stop is really close to the apartment, as well as the city center. Mrs. Lucie was communicative and kind. We would like to come back next year ;)

wonderful location and great space to stay

The place met all our requirements. The host took very good care of us and immediately responded to our private needs. It was nice to be greeted with dessert and we were also pleased with the basic food in the fridge that we had at our disposal. (Although we didn't need to use them in the end). The studio was equipped above standard, the beds were comfortable.

Petr’s place was perfect for us. Easy walk to the center of Brno. It was really nice to have our car off the street and in a parking garage while we were there. Tram stop is right in front of the apartment. Nice private deck with view of nearby park. Petr was very accommodating with our check in. His parents were friendly and explained how everything worked.

Everything available, very nicely decorated and clean, great location!

There is a beautiful garden and it offers a safe parking lot, and the house was very clean
