A two acre property adjacent to Devil's Backbone Trail Head and surrounded by public county open space on three sides. The rock formation behind the cottage surrounds the property with privacy. The host, a nationally known western landscape artist, has his studio in the barn on the property. The main house is an historic structure built in 1920's. The Cottage has all of the amenities for a luxurious stay in the Colorado foothills, 26 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park.

Built in 1916 outside of FE Warren AFB for base housing. Ten years later, Shotgun Blue and it’s two sisters, located next door, found their permanent home. Our place is very private - just 3 miles from I-25 with magnificent views of the Front Range. We have 4 acres in the middle of farm land and share it with goats and Maddie. Maddie is a “free range” pig who loves roaming the property and saying hello. The space is private and has a full kitchen/bath and W/D. We are centrally located between Estes Park (and Rocky Mtn NP) , Boulder, Ft. Collins, Denver, Greeley, Loveland and Longmont.
