Our stay at this apartment in Krakow was fantastic and perfect for a family trip. Here’s why we highly recommend it: Location The apartment is centrally located, making it incredibly convenient for exploring Krakow. It’s within walking distance to the main attractions like the Old Town, Wawel Castle, and the Market Square. Public transportation and local amenities, such as supermarkets and restaurants, are also close by, which made our stay even more comfortable. Comfort and Cleanliness The apartment was spotless upon arrival and well-equipped with everything we needed. The layout is spacious, making it ideal for a family. The beds were comfortable, and the living area was cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The kitchen had all the necessary appliances, which allowed us to prepare some meals at home with ease. Host Interaction The host was very accommodating and responsive, providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out. They also gave us great local tips

Very good host and flat. They even propose a lot of option that will facilitate your stay. The flat is just right next to the center, it litterally take no more than 10 min walking to get in the center, it's the IDEAL place ! Miko and friends are very reactive in case of problems, they are also very flexible with arriving, departures and other. It was really an excellent stay! You might just want a pair of earplug if you have a light sleep because the tram is starting quite early in the street.

We rented this place for a long period of work/school and were quite satisfied. It was important to me that there was a large table. There was also a standing nightstand. Internet speed is comfortable for video. There is Ethernet. There is always hot water. The apartment is far from the road, so we enjoyed the quieter, especially at night. During the day, time there were sounds from the construction of the bridge, but it is already at the end stage. The apartments are in the middle between the old town and Vyslay, which is convenient for morning runs and evening walks in the center. Nearby are tennis courts and a market with a supermarket. It's a 15-minute walk to the station. The hostis available, so all issues are resolved quickly.

Excellent in every way. The host was excellent with communication & instructions. Apartment was clean with all the amenities & equipment one would need. Location was superb, between Old Town & Jewish Quarter. Price was very good value we thought. We thoroughly recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to stay in this lovely city.

Lovely apartment just a few minutes walk from the main square. Paulina was a fantastic host who was quick to reply to any queries and even sorted our transfer from the airport. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need and the place was incredibly clean and a lovely place to congregate at after a busy day. Overall amazing trip, highly recommend - thank you!!

Clean, tidy and quiet accommodation. It more than meets the needs. Close to the train/bus station (20-minute walk) and Stare Miasto (15-minute walk). Recommended

We really enjoyed this place. It was very close to old town and the park that wraps around it. We enjoyed the sauna and quiet setting. You could sometimes hear other apartments from the main living room but it was never too loud and not during late night/morning but the bedroom and back dining area were always peaceful. We thought it was in a great location and only a street or two over from nice breakfast spots and a small convenient store. It is a bit intimidating at first to get into the apartment as you have to go through 2 sometimes dark hallways but once you do it the first time it is easy to figure out and the hosts gave great instructions. We loved the sauna especially on colder rainy days in Krakow!

Martyna was one of the best hosts I have ever experienced. Quick and effective communication, the apartment looked exactly like in the pictures, very cosy, tastefully decorated and clean. Kitchen was fully equipped and all the appliances worked without a problem. The wifi connection was fast and reliable. Despite being located on a busy market square in the middle of a popular part of the city full of tourists as well as locals, the apartment is really quiet and there was no disturbance coming from outside even at night. Moreover, it is ideally situated so you can walk everywhere. The host, Martyna, really put her heart in the apartment. This helped me enjoy my first visit to Krakow even more. I have to especially thank her for being so generous in helping me in an unexpected emergency situation which prevented me from dealing with potentially stressful consequences. I highly recommend Vilao apartments, and I will certainly be back.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Krakow. Really one minute from the wonderful Rynek square. The kitchen is well-equipped, the beds are comfortable and six people can be accommodated very comfortably. The host was helpful and gave us a lot of tips. I recommend this place.

Very nice place to stay. Location is perfect, just ~30 meters from Market square. The entrance to the building is shared with the Mirror Maze entertainment place, so visitors partly use the same stairs. However, though there are many tourists on the street, the apartment is quite, clean and cozy; windows in the apartment are on the opposite side from the street, so no street noise. There is a home feeling there. Anita is amazing host, so responsive and kind. Many thanks for such a hospitality! The only thing is that the apartment is on the third floor without elevator, but if this is not a problem, everything else is great.

Great location

Fantastic stay, was as described. Beautiful view from the park. Extremely clean and well kept. Sofa bed is one of the comfiest I’ve ever experienced. I paid an extra amount for them to set up flowers, a present, chocolate and wine to celebrate a birthday and they did a wonderful job. Unfortunately we didn’t like the choices but this is something they wouldn’t have known. Only thing is that some of the curtains don’t fully cover the windows and with it being across a public park this might be important to some people but for me the gap was only small and I didn’t care. Would recommend and stay again!

Absolutely beautiful apartment. There was nothing to fault. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The sofa bed was used and felt like sleeping in a normal bed. I couldn’t recommend this apartment more.
