Everything was perfect about this place. Clean and convenient. Home away from home. Very close to everything , around the corner the boat stop to Murano and Burano.

We stayed in this place during the 2025 Easter holidays. It is a very nice and clean accommodation, exactly like the description provided. 10mts to 12mts walk from Mestre station. 3 mts walk to local bus stop. Good travel links nearby. Erika was an amazing host, so as Carmen, who did our check in and checkout. She was very flexible for in and out. There were clear instructions provided. She allowed us to store our luggage at the storage after the check out since we had a tour planned during the day. It was very kind of her. She was always available with her instant responses for any queries. She guided us with all bus/tram details which helped our transportation easy through Venice. Erika even booked a taxi for us to airport when we faced issues with online booking. We were really lucky as we had Erika as our host. Beautiful apartment, bright, in a quiet neighborhood. Very well equipped with everything that we might need. The location is very convenient close to transport. Ingrid was very quick to respond and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great apartment location and responsive host

Giuliana and Giorgio are exquisite people, friendly and always available. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the center of Trento, really convenient to visit the Christmas markets. Very clean and equipped with all comforts!

We had a lovely stay, it was a 7 minute drive to central sirmione which was the purpose of our visit, nice and clean and spacious apartment and lovely host who looked after us well with clear instructions on how to get in and find the apartment etc, great communication and was very kind :)!

Sandro was most helpful. The apartment was modern, ultra clean and very comfortable. Ample space for four. The unit was a great hideway from the buzz. Location was great. Easy walk to all attractions. Fresh produce and seafood vendors in nearby square. Would have loved to stay longer!

Great location and easy to get to if you are coming from the train or by car. It is close to everything.

Loved our stay. We were welcomed and the host actively helped us. As much for our arrival, for our departure but also for activities and restaurants. The rent matches the photos very well. We highly recommend.

The house is tastefully furnished, the spaces are divided in a smart way. The house is centrally located but at the same time in a quiet alley. The house is on the ground floor and is all flat without the architectural barriers. The docia and opening gives you wide sounds. These features make it possible to use the house for those who use wheelchairs, crutches, etc. The host is extremely kind, responds quickly, with advice and leaves us with many thoughts such as wines, water, fresh. We loved our stay at the Artist's House! Such a charming apartment in a great location - right in the middle of Venice, but nice and quiet. Everything we needed was provided for us, including an extra bed for our baby, and Katia was super helpful whenever we needed help. We made a mistake with our booking initially, and were very grateful to Katia for helping us fix it smoothly and without issue. Would love to come back to Venice, and will definitely book this apartment again if we do.

Wanted somewhere close to the Archives as I was doing research there. But it turned out to be our favourite sestiere in Venice - much quieter than San Marco but just as central and beautiful. The flat is tucked away but there were clear instructions. We didn’t use the very impressive tub or sauna. You do need to keep the windows closed at night as - while it’s basically very quiet, conversations from the odd late night passers-by are just a few feet away. But the flat was just what we wanted and the croissants at the Archivio bar in Campo S Stin are the best in Venice! Will return.

This was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable and slept well. The shower had good pressure but was a bit small. WiFi was hit or miss but was fast when it was working. Overall a great place to base your Venice adventure from!

We stayed at Stefania's place for 4 days. It was perfect. Malcesine is a very beautiful village with lots of charm.

A very nice stay in central Riva. You don't need the car, everything is within walking distance. The master bedroom was a dream to be in.

Very nice and accommodating contact. I would definitely recommend the apartment and is also well suited for up to four people! The highlight is of course the hot tub.

The location was great! Everything is walkable. The host was great in communication with us and made the visit easy. The place is small and if a spa is a bonus for you then this is a great option. Too hot for us to even consider. It was quiet and the a/c worked well. While we never made a meal, there seemed to be plenty of items needed if you wanted to.

Little slice of heaven, only 3 accommodations that make this place very private. Services worthy of a beautiful hotel. Bonus for the spa accessible from all rooms giving access to a sauna, hammam, sensory shower and jacuzzi. The view and natural pool beautifully complete the exceptional character of the place.
