Our cozy rural home, located in the Bocholt, gives space for 10 people. There is a fully fenced garden with a trampoline, a swing with sliding-af and a petanque court. On the adjacent, there is a heated open terrace. Recently we have a covered playground. Here they can fully enjoy themselves in the sand and on the swing. And then there is room to cross with the various go-carts, bikes,... that our holiday home has at our disposal.

Excellent stay for the whole family! We had a wonderful weekend in the vacation home and immediately felt comfortable with 6 adults and two small children. There was plenty of space for the whole family and the apartment was equipped with everything you need. Heidi and Danny were also super nice and helpful. We can fully recommend this property!

We spent the weekend at Rocco’s house and were pleasantly impressed. The trip was for my husband’s birthday, and Rocco had made a special effort to decorate the place and welcome us with a bottle of wine and delicious snacks. It’s always wonderful to feel truly welcomed! The house was clean, lovely, cozy, and exactly as described! There’s a restaurant, a 24-hour shop, and a bar nearby—something for everyone :) The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing. We felt right at home! Many thanks to Rocco for his hospitality—we’ll definitely be back!

Amazing stay in a lovely small house in beautiful nature. The hosts are a very welcoming and kind couple that were there whenever we needed something, but gave us full privacy otherwise. Very serene, calm, picturesque... we really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it to anybody who wants to get grounded in nature and calmness. Also they have very tasty cherries! The house itself has everything we needed.

It was lovely to enjoy. A cottage where it is very quiet and close to a nature area. Also a bakery in walking distance (always an advantage). The house is very spacious and with children the play attic came in handy. We definitely recommend it!
