Welcome to our “bakhuisje”: a national monument from +- 1700. The house is cozy and comfortable; living downstairs, bed is upstairs on the mezzanine. It has a cozy electric fireplace and a comfy couch. The bathroom has everything needed. Kitchenette (without cooking) with small fridge + coffee/tea and a beautiful view (vegetable garden, greenhouse, fruit trees). Of course WiFi and a workplace. Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

Wakker worden met uitzicht over het dal van de Aa of Weerijs in het buitengebied van Rijsbergen! Wij bieden op ons bosperceel een mooie kamer met eigen badkamer in een vrijstaand bijgebouw aan. Er kunnen maximaal vier personen slapen. Wij serveren het uitgebreide ontbijt in het verblijf, met een vers eitje van onze eigen kippen en - indien voorradig - eigen honing en een tomaatje uit de moestuin. Op je eigen terrasje kun je bij ons de mooiste zonsondergangen aanschouwen!

Nice room with your own bathroom with shower and toilet. There's no real kitchen but there is a fridge and combination microwave. You have your own entrance and behind the room is a large public grass field you can use as your garden. After a 3-minute walk, you'll reach a few shops and the bus stop, from there the bus takes you in 10 minutes to the central station. Bicycles are not available anymore. Parking in the neighborhood is free and there's enough space.

The house has just been renovated to be able to serve as a resting place, for you. To be away for a bit. On the outskirts of Breda, 10 minutes by bike from the city center, and yet in the middle of amazing nature, near the Mastbos, with several cycling and hiking tours. The apartment overlooks the garden, where you can wander around, which in turn opens onto the river "de Aa", where there is a sauna and you can swim. On a drizzly day, you can relax by the stove.
