Monthly Rentals in Brazos County

I stayed in the appartment for 11 weeks during my research stay at Texas A&M. The place fehlt like a second home - super cozy, well-equipped kitchen and Jenny was super fast in replying to any questions I had! Area is beautiful and close to the University(used the bicycle to get there everyday). Also Bryan with great restaurants is close. Aldi is a 5 minutes walk and Wallmart the same by car - easy to get your groceries done. Defenitely recommend staying here if in College Station for a shorter or longer period of time. Thank you for these great months! Defenitely will stay again if in college Station one day!

I had a wonderful stay at this studio apartment. It had everything you could have possibly needed and more. The host was quick to offer anything needed for a long term stay and the place was well decorated and even nicer than the pictures. The entire place and the patio were thoughtfully designed and felt like a home away from home!

This home was perfect for our visit to College Station. After long days visiting family in the area, this was the perfect place to unwind. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean, modern, and inviting. We will definitely return!

Awesome location right near the farmers market and town square. Super easy to get to local food and very convenient to A&M.
