Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Braga

Grande maison atypique et fidèle aux photos. 2 espaces nuit (2 chambres en sous sol + 3 chambres) séparés du reste des parties communes. À anticiper avec des enfants en bas âge mais préserve le calme :) Les pièces communes sont grandes et pratiques (cuisine, salle à manger, billard, salle de réception) Véritable jardin d’Eden : multitudes de plantes, enclos avec paons, poules, canards, faisans dorés et autres… nourris par une gentille dame à côté. Hôte généreux et très reactif. Nous avons eu droit à quelques légumes de la ferme. Un délice.

Excelente estadia, o Ricardo mostrou-se sempre pronto a ajudar, e deu-nos umas recomendações de restaurante, que acabamos por seguir e foi ótimo! O espaço tem tudo para umas boas férias, tudo estava funcional, e sem esquecer o jacuzzi que é espaçoso e muito agradável Recomendo!

Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

A very quiet, rustic and rural setting. Sooooooo peaceful. Fantastic place to escape the city, get some rest and reconnect with nature. The outdoor, wood-heated bath was great, although it did seem a little decadent for just one person. Ideal for a couple. There is a river and Diogo (who is very friendly and very helpful) said he has a canoe. Although it was still quite cool in the mornings (early April), there is a wood-burner and an AC unit that also heats. The driveway is do-able but more for adventurous drivers. The village (Macieira da Maia) is very authentic and it is only about 10-15 min to the beach. Vila do Conde has a beautiful old-town. Many great beaches along the coast. Braga is only about 40 min, Oporto, about 20-30 min by car.

What a fabulous place, and even more importantly, wonderful, responsive owners. Barbara’s father greeted us on the property a short time after we arrived, with treats in hand for us, and an offer to help with anything we might need throughout our stay, even giving us his cell phone e should we need it any time day or night. Bread was waiting for us at our front door every morning. Barbara checked in with us daily via text to offer suggestions for day trips and eateries. After we checked out, Portugal suffered a national power outage and Barbara sent us a text to make sure we were ok. They really go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for.

Be sure to follow hosts directions to location as Google maps route is extremely tight and difficult to navigate. Once there and easy route to property is identified there are no problems. Beautiful property and surroundings, ideal for self catering meals. Reasonable proximity to Geres national Park which is breathtakingly beautiful. Hosts Miguel and Raquel were very friendly and helpful during our stay.

We were a group of 4 adults, a 9 month old baby, a 2 year old, 2 dogs, and the house was perfect for everybody! Great space inside and outside (dogs enjoyed a lot exploring around, very safe), big bedrooms - each one had its own bathroom (they provided a cot for our little one), and a very well equipped kitchen. Isaque and his mom were very responsive, caring and available, made our stay super comfortable, providing some nice little "gifts" and local treats for us to enjoy along the days. We had a lovely and peaceful time. The pool is amazing, it had nice views as well. Not much to do around the area (I'd recommend to take everything you need for the entire stay), just little walks or hiking (you need a car to reach the closest town or the mini market), so if you are looking to spend some days with family, just enjoying nature and away from the every-day-rush, this is your place.

Já me hospedei em muitos lugares pelo mundo, mas a Conceição foi a melhor anfitriã até o momento, muito simpática e prestativa. A casa é muito bem cuidada, e nos sentimos totalmente bem recebidos.

We stayed at Sousa's place for 5 nights with a young toddler. Sousa was very accommodating and provided us with a high chair and a crib. the apartment was spacious and clean. Everything was perfect.

The accomodation is beautiful and Sónia has thought of almost everything to keep a family entertained during their stay. The pool and garden are stunning and definitely deserving of 5 stars! Unfortunately due to the cooler weather we didn't get to use the pool this time but it's beautiful even to look at. Sónia met us when we arrived and showed us around. She gave us some local information, tips on where to eat, shop etc. She was very friendly and helpful. Sónia was also very responsive when we needed to contact her at 9pm on our first night (thanks!). This is a beautiful place to stay.

Amazing host — very friendly and super helpful! They suggested all the must-visit places. The apartment was spacious, had a great outdoor area for grilling, a comfortable bed, and an incredible view. Highly recommended!

Ótima estadia, muito bom para quem quer descansar e aproveitar a natureza, o espaço estava limpo e organizado, a Júlia foi super simpática e nos recebeu super bem, com certeza voltarei mais vezes!

Ubytování ve výborné čtvrti, vyhlášené portským vínem, s krásným výhledem na staré Porto. Ubytování bylo čisté, v klidné ulici, vybavení odpovídalo fotografiím. Majitel okamžitě reagoval na zprávy, proces ubytování naprosto bez problémů.

Perfeito para desligar do ambiente citadinho e relaxar. Espaço muito calmo, no meio da natureza e com privacidade.

A minha estadia nesta casinha de madeira foi maravilhosa. Fui com o meu cão, o Ozzy, e fomos super bem recebidos. O espaço é lindo, calmo e cheio de natureza. Adorei o fogão a lenha, a vista da varanda e os cães da Quinta – especialmente o Avô Neves, que nos acompanhava para todo o lado. Acordar com os passarinhos e a luz do dia foi simplesmente mágico. Recomendo a 100%!

A Casa da Flor é um espaço maravilhoso, rodeado por natureza, jardim, tranquilo e com uma vista linda de cortar a respiração sobre o Rio Tâmega, onde se pode relaxar verdadeiramente, bem como caminhar, nadar na piscina ou praticar SUP no rio com toda a segurança. Há imensos recantos confortáveis onde podemos descontrair a contemplar o Rio, a ler, a descansar. O contacto com a Helena foi sempre muito fácil e responsivo. A casa tem o conforto, higiene e tudo o que uma família precisa para estar bem. É um sítio óptimo para se estar com crianças. As visitas do Bruno (um dos cães da casa) fez as delícias dos meus filhos. Recomendo e vou voltar!

Foi uma estadia super tranquila. É um lugar perfeito para desconectar. Estava tudo perfeito e muito asseado. A casa é linda e está decorada tal como o ambiente. A natureza rodeia-nos. Os materiais da casa são puros e em simbiose com a natureza. A anfitriã Cheila é uma querida. Adoramos tudo: a casa, o jacuzzi, os cavalos, os passarinhos. A Cheila foi super simpática e proativa com o nosso Booking. Recomendo sem hesitar. Obrigada ❤️

Un lugar ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. Nuestro hijo de 3 años quedó encantado con la casita y los animales, no quería despedirse de ellos. Volveremos seguro!

When we arrived at the property we immediately felt relaxed and at peace - the view is simply incredible ! The outside terrace is big with beautiful views and plenty of seating, a BBQ, heated lamps etc. Inside is spacious - a good kitchen, a lovely record player, lots of sofas. The location is great - you are so close to so many amazing outdoor activities - we really enjoyed exploring the rivers, mountain walks and the Lagoons ! Many thanks !

Ficámos na casinha de madeira, que estava muito bem equipada. O espaço é ideal para duas pessoas. A envolvente é super relaxante e muito verde. A Brenda é uma anfitriã muito simpática e deu-nos muitas dicas de locais para visitarmos. A única coisa menos boa foi irmos com pouco tempo e não aproveitarmos mais o espaço e o ambiente :) Sem dúvida que gostaríamos de voltar!!! Desejamos o maior sucesso a Brenda e sua família.
