Surrounded by former ponds for an iron farm, now wetland and rich bird life. Nearby are more historic buildings, the hermitage area and the Drak house. 1.5 km to community, shop and pizzeria. 700m to lake with swimming. Fully equipped kitchen. Large wooden deck. Our little cottage by the lake

At the homestead called Hamborg, grandfather's old cottage stands in a beautiful, secluded meadow by Lake Örken. It offers a simple but close to nature accommodation close to the lake, swimming and fishing. Here you can experience total peace and silence far from neighbours. A rowing boat is available to borrow and a short walk through the forest there is a nice swimming area with a small sandy beach. There are beautiful surroundings for hiking in the forest or on the gravel roads.

Finns även två balkonger samt pergola med matplats och grill. Kanot, 4 st vuxna samt vedeldad balja finns att tillgå.

Grill and garden furniture. Wood fired sauna in the outhouse. A few basic bikes are there to use as is a rowing boat that is in the water June-Sep.
