Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté

It was a non-standard house and that was a nice change: tastefully decorated and cozy. The garden had several seating areas (with sun and/or shade: depending on what you wanted) and also inside it was good to stay. Nice sofa, complete kitchen, nice shower & bathroom (2 even, but yes: you don't need it with 2 people). Lots of detail for the decor (color use) and details; cozy! The presence of a lot of leaflets with sights is also valuable! Very clever and nicely fixed!

Easy to access house, plenty of space, large living room and large bedrooms. Outside space if the weather is nice. That was.

You can go with your eyes closed to Sarah and Gazi because their house is great! Between colleagues we had a great time because the house is very nice, large and very well-equipped. It has everything you need and communication is very easy with them. Thank you for the welcome and Macvin's bottle... we'll try to come back.

This tastefully renovated farmhouse is even more beautiful in real life! All rooms are authentic and decorated with love and respect for materials. Linen is a plus in this rental. A real favorite for the covered terrace where we had very good times, memories full of heads for young and old... Many thanks to Marie, who is a very welcoming and caring person with her hosts.

Very well equipped accommodation, the rooms had the beds made on arrival with towels available on them . Very clear and practical instructions for the key box and for unfolding the sofa bed . Just to specify one of the bedrooms is in the basement so with stairs but otherwise everything was fine , no complaints . I would highly recommend.

Property located in the city center, with possibility of street parking or nearby. We felt like we were in a small house in the city center. The neighborhood quiet condition and clean apartment. No problem.

We had a really great stay at Conal’s wonderful apartment. Apartment was spotless and exactly as described. We used a car to travel to ski lifts but ski bus was nearby. Really fabulous spot for a ski weekend. We hope to return next year.

We had a great stay at Paul’s apartment over the long Easter weekend. The apartment is perfect for two couples or a family, with all the amenities as described. We skied every day up in avoriaz due to it being late season, the apartment is a short walk from the bus stop which takes you to the bottom of the main lift up to the ski area. There is also plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance down in Morzine centre. Would highly recommend

A small but well appointed apartment on a quiet street in a building with lots of charm. Americans may be initially perplexed but eventually delighted to find a small dishwasher under the oven. Separate washer and dryer —unusual in Europe to have a separate dryer—was a great advantage after several days in a hotel. Well decorated and comfortable with good light.

the apartment is very nicely decorated and tastefully. We are a family with 3 teenagers and we didn't step on it. The view of the mountains is superb and we felt good there in this modern duplex where wood, iron and glass are beautifully highlighted.

Very nice apartment very well equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated. It quickly feels like home. Very pleasant south facing balcony with lovely views of the valley. Very good communication with Marie. Many hikes nearby including terraced gardens. Attention, very little trade in Plombières.

A great base to shine in the Jura, visit the charming villages, the salt pans, the county house, the many fruit trees, lakes and other waterfalls... all within a radius of less than an hour. There is something for everyone with many restaurants, going from pure local to gastro Michelin-starred. The house is very comfortable and well-equipped (special mention in the kitchen). The view is just sumptuous! What a pleasure every night to dine on the terrace enjoying the sunset. You can't get tired of it! The heated pool is a must. Its size will delight both those who want to play and those who want to swim. Finally, Nathalie and her husband are attentive hosts with good information (who facilitate access), good recommendations and with whom it was particularly easy to communicate.

We really had a wonderful time. Great and private location. Wonderful pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Charming and cozy cabin. Just there were some issues with some smell and general state of cleaning of the house but not a big deal. Overall e had great time and highly recommend Anna's villa .

We had an absolutely perfect stay with the family in this home. Everything was clean, well maintained, and very enjoyable. The place is ideal for relaxing between women, and has made the happiness of all generations, from children to the elderly. It felt like home, and the host was very responsive, kind and welcoming. We had a great time with friends at Marie Laurence's, the house is very nice with many amenities available, whether for cooking or for all activities (billiards, table tennis, foosball, pétanque,...), and even access to tennis, football and basketball classes just across the street! Marie Laurence was also very available, responsive and welcoming. I recommend it without reservations!

We had a dreamy week! Marjorie and Sébastien, are extraordinary hosts! Because of their responsiveness and communication! The house stands out for the many entertainment options both indoors and outdoors! If sun: a hot tub as well as a beautiful pool , a shaded terrace,its sofa area for a friendly aperitif will be present If rain: a cinema ( like a real one) , a balneo, an arcade with a multitude of games available , a PS4 …. What happiness!! In short, enough to recharge but also visit ,close to Mâcon and its vineyards , Brancion castle, 1 hour from Beaune . We'll be back!!! We only stayed one night, the stay was nice. Very responsive, welcoming and kind host! We recommend it for a family stay ☺️

We were a larger group with children in the accommodation. The house really has a lot to offer. The furniture may not be modern anymore but in very good condition and above all very clean! The additional kitchen in the lower area was also helpful. The garden with trampoline and swing was a highlight for the kids. We were understandably unable to use the pool due to the season. Regarding the rooms, maybe a note. On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, one of which is a walk-through room to another bedroom. We thank you Jean-François for the great stay and that you were always very easily accessible. We will be happy to come back.
