The place was about a 4-5 minute walk from the fairmont. Great location and it was a clean spot. My only issue was there was some ants and mosquitoes but outside of that it was a great stay.

Hakim & Anass are both the very best hosts in Rabat! They are always prepared to go above and beyond to make sure that the guests are comfortable and happy. I am always more than happy to stay at their appartments as I always feel at home. I RECOMMEND 100!

We had a great stay with the family at Loubna. The generous volumes of this house are remarkable. The large terrace with ocean views and direct access to the square is an undeniable plus. A small downside regarding the lack of heating especially in the bathrooms which would have been appreciated at this time of year (end of December). Loubna is very responsive and proactive. If we have the opportunity, we'll be happy to come back to this house.

We had a pleasant stay, the apartment is very clean with all the necessary amenities, the pool is large and well maintained in the presence of the masters, the residence is supervised by a private company 24 hours a day which is important for the safety of children. i recommend this place.

Great host. During the time of my stay, i had an injury and was unable to pick up the keys. The host went out of their way to give me the keys in the hospital. Apartment was clean and as described, safe area as well. Thank you again. Would recommend it.

I would recommend this place to all families with or without children. You will find in l seemingly everything you'll need. you won't have time to get away with all the TV channels available and the beautiful pool for adults and children.

We had a really wonderful stay at Fadma’s apartment. It was clean, easy to find, in a very calm part of a cool and busy neighbourhood and within walking distance of all the great attractions of Rabat. The apartment has a lovely balcony and beautifully furnished living area. We would definitely come back!

Accommodation in a very good location, quiet and relaxing. This is a beautiful secure residence, the apartment is large and welcoming. The corniche is close by and there are very nice restaurants.
