Wake up with birding chirping, surround yourself with trees, and enjoy a freshly made cup of espresso. Located in a safe, quiet, and green neighborhood, but you are not far from the heart of Seattle.

We are a short drive away from downtown Seattle, Microsoft, Medical care and area recreation. We are both smoke free and pet free home.

I live upstairs with my husband and a 4 year old boy! We maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am :)
