Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Botetourt County

We loved that each set of guests in our party had their own apartment with a kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom! Everything was very clean and the keyless entry was very convenient. The snacks were a fun bonus too. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone else!

Staying at the Factory Flats was absolutely perfect! The price was incredible. It was so cozy and the surroundings were gorgeous. It was centrally located to all that we needed to do! We were coming to meet Mark Cline of Enchanted Castle Studios in Natural Bridge, VA. He builds our 20 Foot Tall Roadside Attractions for Route 66 in Tulsa, OK! We were able to soak in the beauty all around! Great local coffee shop, some good dining in town. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to stay! Also, if you like breweries, there is a brewery located ON the property! THANK YOU for helping us make our experience wonderful!

Steve was very helpful and flexible! Very understanding and responsive. The place spotless clean and organized.

The host was very friendly and very helpful with anything that was needed. the house had beautiful views and the apartment had lots of available kitchen appliances. With 6 cats on the property it is a perfect place for cat lovers!

Ninette gave incredible recs, was very responsive and hospitable. So much so that I ended up booking 3 extra days with her! Some of the best fishing I’ve ever had and the hikes and views were world class. I’ll definitely be staying with her again as soon as I can

I'm an old man, experienced enough to never use the word "perfection." All of my experiences with Airbnb have been between "good" and "really nice," My wife's and my experience with Philip and his wife was as close to "perfection" as I expect things to get. We will be returning to visit them again. Doesn't hurt that they live in one of the most beautiful parts of the country.

It’s such a nice place and would definitely stay again! The host responds very fast and is helpful. I liked how it had everything you’d need but wasn’t overwhelming. Great views, awesome swinging bridge down the road across from the gas station, and a cool brewery right next store!

We stayed at this cozy cabin and absolutely loved it. It was the perfect peaceful escape — tucked away from the crowds, surrounded by nature, and incredibly quiet. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, just what we needed to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking to disconnect and enjoy some serenity.

Described perfectly!!! You will get what you are expecting. Great home to spend time with family. Nice separation for privacy if you need it. BEAUTIFUL YARD! We enjoyed playing in the snow. WE ARE REPEAT CUSTOMERS. Last time we came in the Spring. Kathi was super helpful. We had some weather issues and she helped us resolve it with her flexibility. We are so grateful. We enjoyed time with our children and granddaughter. We played lots of games . Had groceries delivered and enjoyed home cooked meals with family! Close to many restaurants and activities if you like.

Great place! Very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and we felt right at home. There were a couple of items, we were needing and the host brought them over. Was very responsive when we had questions. I very much recommend!

We had family coming from Ohio, GA and us from Richmond VA. This home was perfect for our needs! The beds were so comfortable and the whole house was so clean! We mostly hung out on the gorgeous front porch or in the family room but the living room and basement would have been nice to sit in too. The basement is a kids wonderland! So much space that we never felt like we were on top of each other! My parents are in their 80's and felt very safe...easy to get up the stairs with the hand railing and we all loved the hand rails at the back door and in the bathrooms! We have never been in such a well stocked home! You'll have everything you need and more! We would definitely stay here again if we get back this way! I loved the path that's mowed that leads to the Daleville Town Center! It's a nice walk but the drive is easy as well. Loved being so close to a grocery store, pharmacy, coffee shops and the DQ! Kelli's place was absolutely perfect for our party of four + dog! We were visiting for a wedding with many events throughout the week, frequently coming & going. Location was very convenient to downtown & just off the main road for us. We particularly appreciated that while the place felt homey, it wasn't overly full of decorations covering every surface, making you feel like your belongings are going to get easily lost. It was well equipped to cook at the place & we wanted for nothing! Kelli was extremely kind & accommodating to our schedule. We would definitely stay here again!

The house & surroundings were beautiful . It was well stocked, clean, and the washer/dryer were appreciated. It was close to our son’s graduation from Roanoke College & shopping. The Pool table was enjoyed by our guys. Open concept made visiting with our family enjoyable for the weekend celebration. Muchly Appreciated!
