Cottage by the sea with private beach and jetty

Lovely summer place on Borøya outside Tvedestrand. Only 3 hours drive from Oslo and 15 min to Tvedestrand town with all amenities. This is a special place. Originally, there is a boat building, but we have made it a summer place with 4 bedrooms with 8 beds + 2 extra on the sofa bed in the living room on the 2nd floor. With 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for 2 families who want to travel together. We also have a private beach, as well as a large jetty which is deep enough for sailing boats as well. One can drive down and there is easy access and parking.

Cozy restored southern house with large sheltered idyllic garden in beautiful Holmesund for rent. Very child-friendly house, garden and area. Great swimming, crab fishing and fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Volleyball net, croquet, fishing rods, fishing equipment, crabbing equipment, grill etc included. Internet and electricity is included Parking space for 2 cars. Boat (Pioner maxi 13 feet with 9.9hp) available during school summer vacation (week 26-33) Outside of school holidays, an 8-foot pioneer rowboat follows with the house.

We also have boat rentals, both dinghies with outdoor tables and motor boats(intended for fishing). Essentials, bed linen/towels etc, can be rented for NOK 150,-/set. NB!
