Vacation rentals with a patio in Borinquen

Nos encantó la ubicación, justo frente a la playa, solo cruzabas a la cera del frente y ya estabas en el balneario de Rincón. Especificamente el apartamento también queda justo al lado de la entrada al edificio, por lo q el acceso es bien fácil para la entrada y salida. Si quieres ir a la playa a pie...está super accesible. Igualmente a la piscina. Sales del apartamento y justo de frente tienes la piscina del complejo. Todo a un pasito. El parking asignado, igualmente a un pasito. De verdad q todo super fácil para disfrutar de esas amenidades. En cuanto al apartamento, muy limpio y muy cómodo. Tenía de todo lo q necesitabamos. Nos pareció una estancia maravillosa y de seguro volveriamos. Nos encantó.

The place was solid and spacious. Much quieter than expected due to the location. The restaurants and bars that I was interested in were pretty close. Also, there's a skate park and BMX track nearby on the way to the supermarket.

This was our second-consecutive year staying in Luis' building but different unit. We were in the rear unit this time. We wanted to stay there again because the property is in a great location, across the road from a food court and a short walk to the beautiful beach and the restaurants of Jobos. I'm so confident that we will return that I left my golf clubs there. The historic Borinquen golf course, with its majestic views, is only a 20-minute drive away in Aguadilla. Luis is a great host and maintains a clean property.

El lugar me encantó, limpio, organizado. Denise responde rápido a todo siempre está pendiente. El lugar fue fácil de encontrar. A minutos de todo los negocios, la actividades. Brutal volvería a quedarme 100% recomendado.

100/10. This place was was exactly what we needed (2 guests). Clean and beautiful property on a safe street. Close to EVERYTHING we wanted. Panaderias, beaches, plenty to eat nearby. Maria’s place was equipped with everything we needed and even extra things we could take to the beach. This will now be our designated place to stay if available when we return.

Our stay was amazing, everything was as expected and even more. The place is located close to a lot of places to have brunch, dinner and Crash boat beach is very close by. The place is just as advertised and Cesar is very helpful if needed. Would definitely return!

Nos encantó el alojamiento. Súper cerca de playa Crash boat y Playa india. El apartamento equipado con todo, muy limpio y muy cuidado.

We enjoyed our stay very much, felt like home, enjoyed the terrace with view of the ocean and sunset. We will recommend the place to anybody who wants to visit Puerto Rico.

The place was clean and fit our needs very well. They were very communicative and responded quickly anytime we needed anything. Would stay again!!

Our stay was very comfortable. We had more than enough towels and toilet paper as well as trash bags for our week stay. The home is conveniently a 5min drive to Plaza Isabela shopping center and close to some beautiful pocitas that our 4yr old loved. Would definitely book this house again.

The Host was very welcoming responded quickly and was helpful . The stores are about ten mins away marshall’s McDonald’s and many local shops with good food and supplies also local car rentals . The place looks just like the photos , clean house with clean towels HOT water ! .The pool was cleaned every few days . He accommodated us since we were there for a family emergency.Luis as easier to book with then a hotel ! I will book again . Recommend 110%

The place is great! We had a great time with all our family and the pool and basketball court location is super spacious. Also, the rooms are super comfortable and area is peaceful and private.

Simplemente perfecto! La paz, la brisa, la naturaleza y vistas de las montañas desde la piscina. A 10 min de la #2 y 20min de Rincón. Excelente trato de parte de Melvin y su equipó. Gracias, regresaré!

The house and location were perfect for our Spring Break family trip. The community felt very safe and secure. The house had everything we needed and more. The outdoor space was especially peaceful with the hammock and greenery in the backyard as well as a great dining space. We traveled around to visit multiple other beaches during our stay but felt most at home right at the marina beach with great snorkeling, fishing and swimming areas. We also did horseback riding and rented paddle boards right in front of the house. Rincon has so much to offer including great restaurants and the people were always friendly. Most importantly we had no significant interruptions during the 48 hour blackout thanks to the great set up with backup solar power at the house.

This house is absolutely beautiful! Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a huge bonus for days you just want to stay home and relax. It is 3 minutes from the airport which is a huge plus! Supermarket, gas station, restaurants, etc are all within a minute or 2 from the house. The host was super friendly and responsive! Whatever we needed, they were always available. I definitely recommend this Airbnb and will stay again in the near future for sure!

Buen lugar muy bonito

This is my second time staying at one of Brian’s Airbnbs! Everything was so clean and immaculate. This location is moments to everything. I will definitely be returning and honestly, I’m excited to try another one of Brian’s properties.

A quiet, clean, spacious condo with a beautiful ocean view. The property is on the third floor, but not to worry if you have any accessibility issues because there are ramps and elevators. Think the most number of stairs you would need to climb are four. There is a pleasant wrap around balcony with a table and chairs, perfect for a morning or evening meal. I thought all the bedrooms were a nice size, two full bathrooms, and one half bathroom. I stayed there with my wife, son, brother, and his girlfriend and never felt crowded. The property includes access to a pool and the beach. It's just a small parking lot distance from the building to the ocean. Also of note is the property is gated, adding to the sense of peace and security. There are restaurants, street food vendors and grocery stores nearby.

What an amazing sunset views and great recommendations of restaurants and things to do around Rincon by the host. Will definitely plan to come back here. The host was very accommodating for a late checkout when my wife was not feeling well.

Pasamos un fin de semana fabuloso. Excelente localizacion frente a la entrada del balneario. Muchos lugares para explorar a buena distancia. La limpieza del apartamento muy buena y las instrucciones de la estadía claras y directas.

Beautiful condo, fabulous hosts, great communications and recommendations. No question went unanswered and advice freely given. You are just steps from the beach and sitting on the patio drinking coffee and watching the waves was fabulous

This was our third time to the island and we loved our stay. Great location, friendly neighbors. We had an issue with the shower but it was fixed right away. I felt like the cleaning could have been a little better as well as more utensils in the kitchen. Overall a very nice location and stay. Highly recommend.
